“Amanda was amazing! Stitch loved her and was so very well taken care of, exceeded my expectations for using Rover for the first time while away for vacation. Would recommend and use her again 1000%”

About: I’ve always had a sweet heart for all animals and I will be so happy to take care of your sweet pet. I have taken care of many pets, not just my own and all were very happy. I always take care of any pets needs before my own. I will always be ready to tend to anything the pet needs and will always be ready to go on a walk with them. I have a part time job that will have a few 4 hour shifts a week. I prioritize feeding, potty breaks, walks, and loads of love/attention. I am able to work with customers needs. If a cage is needed, no cage, separation from other pets, or any other need. I am willing to do anything to keep my customers and their pets happy!
“Kaylan was great with my cat, very communicative and gave me regular updates with pictures. I have peace of mind going out of town knowing Kaylan is checking on Penny!”

“Annabelle took wonderful care of my cat Pookie this weekend. Knowing Pookie was safe, happy & well looked after gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away. Annabelle was reliable, attentive, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. She kept me updated with photos & texts & it’s obvious Pookie was comfortable and well cared for in her hands. I highly recommend Annabelle to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pet sitter. I will absolutely be using her services again in the future! 🐾💕”

“Amber! Is literally a gift from God. She came and gave her absolute best for our 3 babies. Heard/Myers family is forever grateful. Best fur baby setter ever!!!! Thank you again”

“Samantha did such a great job visiting my cats who are very demanding. She really does a thorough and reliable job and is very kind. She communicates in a timely fashion which is great”

“Maggie did a great job with our pets! We have a shepherd that is protective of the home so she spent extra time with us at the park so he could get to know her before we left.”

“Absolutely the best!! Taylor takes very good care of my cats when I’m away! More than just the basics of food, water, and litter boxes, but also brushes and plays with them. Very reliable and good vibes for my nervous cat.”

About: I love all dogs and Gods creatures. I have been around animals all my life. I used to sit outside as a kid on my grandmas porch giving the stray cats attention. If anyone in my family had a dog I would find myself on the floor spending quality time with the dog. I also have a special place in my heart for elderly dogs. I want them to be comfortable and happy. I work part time from home, so I have plenty of time to give care and love to your dog. I can also take them for walks if they need exercise! I have a fenced in back yard for your dog to run around and have potty breaks. I can make a cozy spot at bedtime for your pet if you are able to provide their crate. I will make sure they are fed, safe and happy.
About: What sets me apart as a sitter is the combination of reliability, patience, and personalized care I bring to every pet and family I work with. I treat every animal like they’re my own, paying close attention to their routines, comfort, and personality so they feel safe and happy while you’re away. I make time in my schedule to give pets the attention, care, and consistency they need. I’m reliable, flexible, and committed to following each pet’s normal routine so they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. In a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, crate routines, and house rules. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners always know their pets are safe and happy! Safety is always my top priority. I carefully supervise pets during walks and playtime, keep environments clean and secure, and make sure pets are never put into stressful or unsafe situations.

About: I’ve always loved animals and have been around dogs my whole life. I currently have dogs of my own, so I know how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for them. Over the years I’ve cared for dogs of different breeds, sizes, and personalities, and I’ve also spent time training puppies and reinforcing basic commands. Whether your dog loves to play, go on walks, or just relax and cuddle, I’ll make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away. I’ll care for your pets the same way I care for my own, with plenty of patience, attention, and affection. I’m currently in graduate school online, so I spend most of my days studying from home. That gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to give your pet the attention they deserve. Whether it’s walks, playtime, potty breaks, or just keeping them company, I’ll be there to make sure they feel comfortable and cared for throughout the day. Your pet’s safety and comfort will always be my top priority. I have a fully fenced yard where dogs can safely run and play, and two friendly, well-socialized dogs who love making new friends if your pet enjoys company. If your dog prefers their own space, I’m happy to separate them or crate them if that’s part of their normal routine. I always follow each owner’s instructions closely so your pet can stick to the routine they’re used to and feel as comfortable as possible while you’re away.

“Kristen was so great with our dogs and kept us well informed about all they were doing while we were gone. And we loved the pictures from each house visit! Definitely plan to work with her again.”

“Zoe did awesome with my two dogs and came through on a short notice. They enjoyed her company and let her get far better pictures of them than I have been able to! She will take good care of your pets and is trustworthy!”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Trophy Club with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
