“Amanda was amazing! Stitch loved her and was so very well taken care of, exceeded my expectations for using Rover for the first time while away for vacation. Would recommend and use her again 1000%”

“Maggie did a great job with our pets! We have a shepherd that is protective of the home so she spent extra time with us at the park so he could get to know her before we left.”

About: I love all dogs and Gods creatures. I have been around animals all my life. I used to sit outside as a kid on my grandmas porch giving the stray cats attention. If anyone in my family had a dog I would find myself on the floor spending quality time with the dog. I also have a special place in my heart for elderly dogs. I want them to be comfortable and happy. I work part time from home, so I have plenty of time to give care and love to your dog. I can also take them for walks if they need exercise! I have a fenced in back yard for your dog to run around and have potty breaks. I can make a cozy spot at bedtime for your pet if you are able to provide their crate. I will make sure they are fed, safe and happy.
“Absolutely amazing! Kaylan is fantastic! She made our first ever vacation without the dogs stress-free and peaceful. So grateful! She went above and beyond and she even watered my flowers! Thank you Kaylan!”

About: I’ve always loved being around animals and have gained valuable experience through volunteering with animal rescue and community pet groups. Caring for pets with different personalities, ages, and needs has taught me to be patient, attentive, and reliable. I’m comfortable with energetic puppies who need structure and playtime, as well as senior pets who may need a gentler approach and extra attention. I treat every pet like family and always make sure owners receive updates and photos while they’re away. Pet care fits very naturally into my routine because I currently have a flexible schedule and am available almost all days and times. This allows me to give pets plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship throughout the day rather than squeezing visits into a busy work schedule. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or just keeping a pet company, I can adjust my day to meet their needs and maintain their normal routine as closely as possible. I know pets are usually most comfortable in their own routine, so I do my best to keep their routine the same while you’re away. Whether that means walks, playtime, feeding, cuddles on the couch, or just keeping them company, I’ll make sure they feel safe and cared for. I pay attention to each pet’s personality and needs, and I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you know how they’re doing. I also treat every home with respect and leave it just as I found it.
About: **I am a teacher and my calendar is contingent on Keller ISD school calendar.** I am available most holidays, with advance notice. I look forward to caring for your pet as my own. I’ve cared for pets all my life, from hamsters to horses. I bring experience and compassion to all I do. Our family pets, a Lab mix and senior Chiweenie, would agree. I update my schedule a month in advance. Please contact me with any questions about availability including most major holidays and weekends. Contact me for a meet-and-greet. I will care for your pets by following your care plan. While I am with your pet I will engage, pet, play and walk as per your request.
“Brooke has been a life saver! I just started working away from home and has been so great with Hound. Her communication is fantastic and I know my pup is in good hands with her. I would recommend her to anyone!”

“Amber was absolutely amazing when I was scrolling looking for someone I just got a great feeling about her I made the perfect Choice. I was away on a birthday trip 7 days, and she took incredible care of my cat, Arrow, the entire time. She kept in touch with me every day, sending updates and pictures that gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She made sure Arrow was well cared for, played with him, scooped his litter box, and even took the litter outside afterward to make sure my apartment stayed fresh which was great to come home to. She also took the time to let him drink from the faucet his absolute favorite thing! which showed me that she really paid attention to his personality and routines. On top of taking such great care of Arrow, Amber went above and beyond by bringing my trash can in and even putting my birthday flowers inside the house and in fridge to keep them fresh for me 🥹 It’s clear that Amber genuinely cares about the pets she watches and treats them like her own. Knowing Arrow and my home were in such good hands allowed me to fully enjoy my vacation. I highly recommend Amber to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and thoughtful pet sitter. I will definitely be booking with her again!”

About: Hi, My name is Zaneta, I am a 3rd year veterinary student, and I have the biggest heart for animals. I’ve been dog sitting for family friends for about 3 years now, mainly during the summer months or other school holidays. They were mainly drop-ins but a couple were live-ins. I’ve always had a special connection with animals all of my life and I’ve had so many owners tell me that they are so surprised as to how quickly their pet has warmed up to me. I understand that your pet is like your child and I promise to take amazing care of them. I have learned how to do CPR on a dog and also how to notice and prevent signs of heat stroke. I hope that you can trust me to take great care of your animals.
“Annabelle took wonderful care of my cat Pookie this weekend. Knowing Pookie was safe, happy & well looked after gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away. Annabelle was reliable, attentive, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. She kept me updated with photos & texts & it’s obvious Pookie was comfortable and well cared for in her hands. I highly recommend Annabelle to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pet sitter. I will absolutely be using her services again in the future! 🐾💕”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Trophy Club with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
