We left out Rocky for a one-day boarding and couldn't be happier with the experience! Bridgette was absolutely amazing with our Yorkie Poo, Sadie. From the very beginning, she was warm, attentive, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. She kept us consistently updated with messages, photos, and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Sadie settled in immediately and was clearly comfortable—playing, cuddling, and feeling at home. It was obvious she was getting tons of love and attention. Hearing how quickly Sadie bonded and seeing how happy she was meant everything to us. Bridgette went above and beyond, and we truly felt like Sadie was treated like part of the family.
