Libby cared for Louis with love and affection, sent lots of pictures, and cued us in on a behavioral concern (which I’m grateful for and happy to know about, thanks Libby!!). “Jennifer kept me updated throughout my stay. She was extremely accommodating on pickup and drop off times. My day gets very hectic while I'm traveling so that was extremely helpful and put me at ease. My dog seemed to have fun. My dog misses having other dogs around so I'm so glad she played. Also I'm not sure if she bathed or put a spray on but somehow my dog smelled better than when I dropped her off. She also had a lovely house. I've tried several sitters in dfw. Some are horrible. Jennifer actually made me want to bring Kylie back!”

Major plus that they only live a block or so away. Looking for to play dates and boarding again. Highly recommend. Also really appreciated that they wanted to do a meet and greet before the stay to make sure the dogs got alone. Knowing they did made us a lot more comfortable.”
