We took our Mini Aussie Fur Baby, to Jin and Weiliang's home to make sure she was adaptable to the home environment and afterwards, we decided that the house has a good fit for our our Fur Baby. While we were away for 3 day, we receive video and picture updates as morning check in updates. Our mini Aussie (Sugar) appeared to be very happy, we will definately use Jin and Weiliang every time we need their services.
We had an outstanding experience with Scott and Camila caring for our dog, Jameson. From the moment we dropped him off, we knew he was in great hands. One of the things we appreciated most was the daily communication. Scott and Camila sent photos and videos every day, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was wonderful to see Jameson happy, relaxed, and enjoying himself in their home. They treated Jameson like part of the family and clearly took the time to understand his needs and personality. Delana took care of our pup while we had to travel. Our dog is usually sad when we leave him and go, and does not eat food for few days. But, she took extra effort in trying to make our dog eat his food. She constantly provided updates with pictures every day. I am so very glad to have chosen Delana for taking care of our dog.
