“Alexis was amazing and took great care of our pups! She was a great communicator and gave us updates throughout their entire stay. She even accommodated us when we had to ask if she could watch the dogs for an extra day due to an emergency. We will definitely be using Alexis again!”

“Abigail was wonderful with my pup. Kiwi is blind and requires extra TLC, and Abigail provided that and more. Kiwi needs eye drops and medication twice a day, and Abigail handled everything with ease and care. She was very responsive and consistently sent photos, which was so reassuring and sweet to see. I recently moved to Texas and had been searching for the right sitter for a while, and I immediately felt comfortable with Abigail. She was incredibly thoughtful and took the time to walk through each of Kiwi’s routines with me. I am so happy to say I have found a permanent sitter for Kiwi. I would absolutely recommend her without hesitation.”

“Marley enjoyed his time with Travis and I appreciate Travis treating Marley like his own while I had to go out of town for an overnight trip. Marley will definitely be back to see Travis and his new doggy friends.”

“Absolutely recommend her services. Excellent communication while I was gone, pictures, updates, and my dog was in great hands! Thank you so much for everything you did! 5 stars!”
“This couple has a lovely home and big back yard. Bobby was so well taken care of and loved.. they provided lots of updates and were very flexible when out schedule changed. Thank you for taking such great care of our boy!”

“Bob was incredible. He welcome my dog, Lucky, with open arms. As soon as I dropped Lucky, he feels like home. Bob cuddled him in no time. It's easy to communicate to Bob. He gave me updates. My dog loves his new home. Thanks Bob (and family) Looking forward for future stays.”

“Misty and Michael did an amazing job watching over my boy Charlie. Unfortunately a tragedy did happen during this sit and I'm so grateful that misty kept me informed and even took him to his vet. Thank you both again my boy was in good hands.”

“Mary Kathryn was phenomenal! She sent lots of update pictures and was incredibly responsive. She seemed to enjoy having my fur babies in her home, snuggled them, gave my boy lots of time outside and went on walks; they seemed to have had a great time. I will absolutely be a repeat client!”

“Angela will be our go to dog sitter for our sweet Kiwi, she was very patient and kind with our puppy, sent pics and videos and kept us informed on her progress throughout the week.”

“Libby is incredible! We have a weird, little dog that is specific, yet doesn’t need much. Libby was accommodating for our dog Molly and us, sending photo and video updates regularly. If there was any delay, she communicated to us quickly. We’ve never needed to have a stranger watch our pets, so I was incredibly nervous to leave my pet in a strange place with unknown people. Libby put our nerves at ease right away upon the meet and greet, and through our trip. If it’s ever needed in the future, we would choose Libby again.”

“Christine was amazing with my Buddy! I was so worried bc I have never left my dog with a sitter before. But I left Buddy with her for 5 nights while I was on vacation and she messaged me and sent me photos everyday. I am so appreciative of how well she took care of him!”

“Vidhyanandhini took very good care of Holly. Holly came home happy. Vidhyanandhini gave updates regularly. She was flexible with the drop and pick up time. She will be my first preference for Hollys boarding.”

About: I have been around pets all my life. I grew up on a farm with several different animals. Our family favorite has always been dogs. Now, I share that enjoyment with my kids. They love being around dogs too! We enjoy walking our own dogs and playing with them. Your pet would have a loving environment with lots of attention with us! I am a stay at home mom. So, currently, I have plenty of time to schedule pet care. Please let me know when your pet needs some TLC!) We have a fenced back yard with room for dogs to go out and stretch and take care of other business:-) We have two dogs that can easily stay with family while we watch your fur baby, or our little dog, can stay to give your dog company. We will be happy to play fetch or go on walks as well.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Hurst
Gabriela was everything you would want in a Rover Caretaker! She was kind, thoughtful, considerate, a great communicator, punctual, and so sweet! She took such good care of my fur babies, sent pictures, and sent frequent updates without having to be asked. 12/10 would recommend, and we will be using her again!

I am a returning customer. I am Very happy with her caretaking skills. My pup is not 100% crate trained and she accommodated to make sure my Hunny had a comfortable 1st sleepover. This was a last minute booking which she was able to take. She is awesome at communicating throughout the day and sending pictures.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Abigail! Every year our family takes a week-long beach vacation to 30A, and this was the first time we boarded Rocket in someone’s home instead of a traditional kennel. Rocket is a very clingy little guy. He is happiest when he’s right beside us, looking for an opportunity to jump in a lap or curl up on the couch for a snuggle. Needless to say, we were a little nervous about how he’d do. We shouldn’t have worried. Abigail and her three sweet daughters treated Rocket like he was part of the family. He got plenty of playtime, daily walks, and, most importantly, lots of couch snuggles and attention. It was obvious from the photos that he felt completely at home. Abigail was also outstanding with communication. Throughout the week she kept us updated through the Rover app with messages and photos. I think she sent more than 65 pictures while we were away! Seeing Rocket happy and relaxed made it so much easier for us to enjoy our vacation. If you’re looking for someone who will genuinely love and care for your dog as if it were her own, I can’t recommend Abigail highly enough. She is wonderful, and we will absolutely book with her again.

Absolutely recommend Lissi to care for your furbabies. This is my 3rd time to use Lissi and I especially like that she doesn't take care of multiple animals all at once. My dogs get stressed out when they are around lots of dogs and her home is always clean, calm and quiet. Excellent communication while I was gone with pictures, updates, and I knew Rocco and Scarlett were in great hands! Thank you so much for everything you did! 5 stars!

First time booking with this family and it was a great experience for myself and buddy. I was updated every day about his day which gave me peace of mind. He was relaxed on pick up day. I would book again in the near future definitely recommend this sitter for your pets.

My dog Eevee really loved her stay with Maria! She took care of Eevee for 6 nights, and I really couldn’t have imagined a better dog sitter. She was responsive, kind, and genuine. I received many pictures/updates every day of Eevee having a great my time, and I didn’t worry one bit about her. I would highly recommend Maria!!
