About: I have had dogs all my life! In particular, the last 14 years I have had Great Danes. I have raised 3 of them since they were 5-6 weeks old, and we even had 2 liters of our own that I helped mama with during birth. We also have a 140 gallon saltwater reef tank and a spotted gecko. I currently work from home, and occasionally I break free and run errands or I’m taking teens around the metroplex 😝 I have a very large fenced back yard and if you bring your crate for your dog I can crate them as well when needed. Your pet will be treated as if it were one of my own! I love animals and all their different personalities, your baby will be our baby too! If I could have allllll the dogs, I would 😆 Unless we all go somewhere, there is always someone home with them! If you have a crate, I don’t mind you bringing it along for your dog to sleep in overnight or if they need to be crated when we leave the home. I currently work part time but there will always be someone home here with the dogs. I am also flexible at work where I can leave and come check in on them or do potty breaks. I have a large fenced yard that is over 1/2 an acre. I am very close with all my neighbors so there are plenty of eyes watching and usually someone is always outside. My next door neighbor is also a Rover sitter. I always feed pets separately for everyone’s safety. I also put away all toys if I leave or if there is any reason they will be unsupervised for some amount of time.
“Andrea did a last minute booking for me for daycare. It was a great experience. My puppy was well taken care of and very tired out from a fun day of playing with her older dogs. Andrea communicated good with me and sent pics and a video. I would definitely book her again.”

“Tina was absolutely amazing. My dog felt so comfortable and less anxiety leaving her place. She even gave us a partying gift of treats . Her home was welcoming and I received pictures daily on updates on how my fur baby was doing at her stay. I would highly recommend and book again.”

“Oh my goodness she’s so nice. My dog is exhausted. I will absolutely 100% User. Next time I need a sitter he came out happy if you were looking for a sitter or anything with dogs she’s awesome and she’s really funny.”

“Carol is amazing! She is loving and attentive to the needs of Trixie. I will be booking all my future care of Trixie with Carol. I highly recommend Carol for taking care of your dog.”

About: I've been an animal lover all my life, taking care of birds at an early age was my first job. My mother used to care for dogs and puppies and shared that passion with me and my siblings. I've looked after dogs for many years and have had my own since 2018. I promise to take great care of your doggie and I’ll even throw in some cute photos of your doggie running through the yard :) I work from home most days, so I'm usually in the house and available to play and take care of your pet athroughout the day all week. I have a sizable fenced in yard and two furry friends that will enjoy playing with your dog. In case your dog is not friendly to other dogs, I will keep them separate and provide different potty/play time breaks.

Hurst dog parents share their Rover experiences
This was our first time taking Mirra to spend the day with Abigail and her lovely family. It went well! Abigail was so good about sending pictures during the day and notes. We'll plan on having Mirra spend time there again. Abigail is very good about seeing to her pets' needs. I think Mirra felt right at home, other than there were children in this home, who were very sweet to her!
