“Perfect! If you're looking to have great care for your pet look no further. Our dog had a wonderful stay with them. They have 2 dogs of their own that he played with and kept him company. He also loved the attention from Aldrin and Teresa. They are a sweet friendly couple. Someone was always home to watch them and they took him on plenty of walks. That really helps when our dog is in a new place with new faces. We also appreciate their organization and communication skills. They confirmed the appointment the day before, asked good questions about our dog and provided just the right amount of pics/updates. The attention to detail is very much appreciated. I only communicated with Melanie and she was wonderful!! My pup stayed in a lovely home with other sweet friends and I could tell her absolutely had a great time. Alondra was absolutely amazing! She updated me multiple times a day with the cutest pictures and was constantly in communication with me. Alondra walked Jax multiple times during his stay and he loved roaming the backyard! She was so interactive with him and helped us tremendously with potty training. Before his stay he was having multiple accidents in our house, but hardly had any with the routine Alondra had him on.
