About: I have been a dog walker, dog bather, kennel tech, and worked at wildlife rehab. To say I love animals is an understatement, and I can't wait to meet and care for yours! I have been pet sitting in people's homes for nearly 20 years now, and have worked professionally with animals for many years. Dogs to Hedgehogs and snakes, tell me how to best care for your pets and I will exceed your expectations. I have watched over nursing puppies in shelters, and senior dogs in veterinary care and boarding, so I have experience with animals with anxiety and giving medications. I am on summer break from work at a local school, so your little ones will have my full attention. I do have a few 2/3 hr events two evenings a week, but I will be available for any pets in training, or who may need more frequents outdoor breaks. Because I understand that for many pets, consistency is very important, I try to stick as close to your regular walk/outside schedules as possible to make sure routines are kept just that*. Since every animal is different, I will let your pet lead the way with how much attention/ what kind of enrichment they like. I don't mean to brag, but my belly rubs are the bark of the town my neighborhood. **With the summer heat, I expect any walks taken will be very early or as the sun is setting so their paws are protected.
“Samantha is absolutely incredible! She recently watched our four pets (two dogs and two cats) and provided the absolute best care we could have asked for. Right from the start, her attention and care stood out. On the very first day, our dogs had a couple of accidents, and Samantha handled the pee and poop cleanup immediately and communicated with me. Our cat Jasmine was feeling quite shy and hid for the first day, but Samantha took the time to look for her and coax her out of her hiding spot. “My dog is my BABY, so I am very picky with who I leave him with. I could not recommend Ariana more! She did AMAZING with my dog. She did drop in visits twice a day for 4 days while I was out of town. She walked him, feed him, took him on two walks a day and played fetch! She was so sweet to my dog and I could tell he was very comfortable with her. I got multiple pictures during each visit and a report cards of potty breaks/eating and drinking! Ariana took away the stress of being away from my boy. I have a Cat as well who is pretty self sufficient and has an automatic food dispenser so I told her she didn’t have to worry about taking care of him too; but she still gave him love and sent me pictures so I knew he was doing good! She watched my dog over the 4th of July weekend; I was worried about him being scared of the fireworks.. and she made a courtesy check in !!!!!!!!! She went out of her way (something I didn’t pay her for) just to make sure my dog felt safe and comfortable during the fireworks; which put me at ease. On the last day of her watching my dog, she had already made her stop for the day; I later noticed the AC at my house got shut off, she made another courtesy stop just to turn my AC back on so my dog didn’t get too hot!!! About: Over the past few years, I have babysat and taken care a few friends and family fur babies (doggos as well as kitties). I also bonded with the fur babies quite quickly. I work from home most days, so I can give all the attention they need. I can only take in doggos for now, and perhaps in the future, kitties as well. About: Hi there! My husband and I have 3 kids (8-13) and 1 sweet pup. We have both had dogs our whole lives. My daughter started a pet sitting and boarding business several years ago for friends and family, and we've all fallen in love with it, so we decided to give Rover a shot! About: I cannot remember a time in my life when dogs were not around. As soon as I graduated college, I began volunteering with a no-kill shelter in Austin, Texas. Volunteering at the shelter quickly expanded to becoming a dog foster. At the time, I did not have dogs of my own, so I was the perfect candidate to foster long-stay dogs as well as dogs with behavior and medical issues. My first foster was a tiny puppy recovering from Parvo. It was one of the toughest and most rewarding dog experiences of my life! Fostering dogs with behavior issues gave me the opportunity to participate in several training courses and programs. One of those dogs even inspired a dog-empowerment non-profit organization (Dogs Out Loud) -- she was also the logo! After several years of working with this dog, she became my last foster dog...because we adopted her! We introduced another dog into our home a few years later and it was a constant work in progress (and training) to keep those two in each other's good graces. Both of those babes have since crossed the rainbow bridge. We currently foster through DFW Lab Rescue because we are not ready to adopt, but as mentioned above, I can't imagine a home with no dog. My journey with dogs has allowed me to meet a wide range of unique creatures with unique needs, giving me the confidence to handle all types of dog situations. I work from home and am able to tend to pets all throughout the day. I love interacting with animals and I try to work them into any part of my day that is possible. I honor and respect all rules established within the home for each animal. I will spend time with and love on the animals in the same way I care for my own dogs.
About: I have had dogs my whole life. My adult life, I usually have three at a time. I also have a cat. I love animals. Truly, I think my job in heaven will be tending to animals. About: I have watched pets for several friends in the past and look forward to watching yours! My current dog is well trained by my husband and I for hunting & is very obedient! I am a nurse who works just 2 days a week so have a lot of free time on my hands to care for your animals! I use Rover myself when needed for my dog! Our pup is the light of our life right now and enjoys being outdoors just as much as we do!

About: I have grown up with dogs and cats my entire life of various sizes- from Pomeranians to mastiffs. I also have experience dispensing medications to animals. I am currently looking for a work from home job and am using this for extra income- I’m able to devote my entire time to your pet! I take careful note of instructions for each pet and treat them like my own while also understanding that I am doing a job and treating homes with respect.
About: I have a senior cat of my own and live with a service dog! This means I bring abilities like training and medication help to the table as well as being gentle with your seniors. I’m currently working part time so I have plenty of time to spare for your fur babies! We can always have a conversation about schedules that work for both of us and figure things out! I often take a 50+ dog out for walks and crate him as needed so I can apply these skills to your dog as required.

“This was my first time using Rover for our Weimaraner, Kai. Stefanie, was great & made Kai feel at home right away. Unfortunately, the visit went off the rails because Kai got nippy with the other guest pet & her dog. Stefanie communicated well & was exceptionally professional & helpful through the whole situation. We ended up having to cut the stay short because of Kai, but she was awesome & very helpful in a difficult situation. I just can't say enough good things about her. I will definitely use her again...once Kai learns better manners!”

About: Hello, I’m a 27yr old alumna of UCA! I have loved animals ever since I was a little girl caring for my first fur baby, Maxx that lived a great life for 16 years. Since then, my love for animals has grown tremendously. I have had experience with animals from all types of backgrounds, old, young, big and small. I worked as a veterinarian technician in Little Rock for 1.5yrs and have gained a lot of experience with different breeds and behaviors! Let me know of any specific scheduling needs and I can work with you as much as possible. I am currently free every day of the week!! A typical day with me will consist of morning walks/play before breakfast, play time inside and outside, relaxing naps in the afternoon, and more playtime during the evening! Also cant forget snack time!

He also loved the attention from Aldrin and Teresa. They are a sweet friendly couple. Someone was always home to watch them and they took him on plenty of walks. That really helps when our dog is in a new place with new faces. We also appreciate their organization and communication skills. They confirmed the appointment the day before, asked good questions about our dog and provided just the right amount of pics/updates. The attention to detail is very much appreciated. About: Hi there! My husband and I have 3 kids (8-13) and 1 sweet pup. We have both had dogs our whole lives. My daughter started a pet sitting and boarding business several years ago for friends and family, and we've all fallen in love with it, so we decided to give Rover a shot! Our dog, Piper, loves having new friends to play with, we joke that she loves pet boarding more than we do! Our kids are homeschooled, and my husband works from home, so someone is nearly always here and ready for some playtime! We have a 6 year old mixed breed rescue pup (German shepherd/cattle dog is out best guess) who is living her best life when we have other pups come to visit. Our yard is large and fenced, with plenty of space to run and play. Our home is two stories, and pets are allowed to roam wherever they please! We do request that a crate be provided for the few times we will be away from home, and to give your pup their own space. Even the best playdates occasionally need a break, and we want your pet to feel like they have a place that's just for them!
