“We greatly appreciate the updates, and our pom is calm both when we drop her off and pick her up. Kathleen is the sitter she is most comfortable with. We relax knowing she's in good hands!”

About: I have been around pets all my life. I grew up on a farm with several different animals. Our family favorite has always been dogs. Now, I share that enjoyment with my kids. They love being around dogs too! We enjoy walking our own dogs and playing with them. Your pet would have a loving environment with lots of attention with us! I am a stay at home mom. So, currently, I have plenty of time to schedule pet care. Please let me know when your pet needs some TLC!) We have a fenced back yard with room for dogs to go out and stretch and take care of other business:-) We have two dogs that can easily stay with family while we watch your fur baby, or our little dog, can stay to give your dog company. We will be happy to play fetch or go on walks as well.

“Absolutely wonderful! Mary treated Bella like her own and took such good care of her. Bella came home clean, happy, and full of positive energy. It was clear she enjoyed every moment. I felt completely at ease leaving Bella with her and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!”

“Great experience with Andrea! She took care of my 6 years old Maltepo. I was leaving for 12 days vacation and I couldn’t be happier with her taking care of him so well. She shared pictures and videos and knowing his behavior I could see he was in good hands.”

“Rocksy got along great with Susanne and her furry friends. We had to schedule last minute with a late evening drop off and pickup and Susanne was very accommodating. Great socialization and exercise, and responsive communication!”

“Hayley and her family were absolutely AMAZING. One of the best dog sitters on Rover. Her experience with rescues and fosters made me so comfortable leaving my dog with her. She made sure my dog was well loved, walked, and taken care of. Constant pictures and videos kept me up to date. She responds so quickly. 100% recommend her to everyone.”

“Abigail is the best!! I always know my dog is getting the best of care with her. She provides lots of photos and updates so I can see that my dog is having fun and getting lots of snuggles and love while I’m away. I have used Abigail a couple of times (for long stays) and I have zero complaints!!”

“Alexis was absolutely wonderful! She definitely knows what she is doing, and took excellent care of our dog, Bella, while we were away for 9 nights. She updated me everyday without fail and sent me loads of pictures and videos so I could see Bella having a good time. She was very understanding when our flights kept getting canceled and we got back later than expected, and she made sure Bella was comfortable the whole time. When I picked Bella up I could tell that she really bonded with Alexis and felt comfortable. I would definitely book with her again!”

“Yvonne is absolutely AMAZING. She’s so caring for Stella, flexible and provides constant updates with pictures. Thank you, hands down our favorite dog sitter as we continue to book over and over with her.”

“Susan took very good care of my cat. She kept me informed throughout the week. My cat clearly enjoyed her "vacation". I will absolutely use Susan in the future. I highly recommend her. She does have her own dog. The dog is very well behaved and not at all aggressive. There were no interaction problems for my cat.”

“Rhonda was so good to our boys! She sent us pictures the whole time we were away. She spoiled them just like her own. We will definitely use Rhonda for our future bookings!”

“Jin and Weiliang were amazing sitters for our Piper. They kept us updated frequently with lots of videos and pictures. Would definitely use them again!”

“Gayle took very good care of our Pip. She followed my instructions, and even trained him to use the doggy door and took him to the dog park, for his first time. He loved it. She was a lifesaver for us, and we went on our cruise knowing Pip was in good hands. Definitely visit her if you have a small dog.”

“Thanks Again...This is our second time having Aimee care for Lilly. I appreciated Aimee's heart to make Lilly feel safe and welcome. She even reached out to find out if Lilly sleeps on the bed or on the floor in her bed. 😊We will definitely see Aimee and Remie (her pet) again.!!!”

Kathleen was great with my baby Bella. She took such great care of her, this was her first long stay away from home and she gets separation anxiety. Kathleen was very attentive and nurturing to make sure Bella was comfortable. She sent updates throughout the day and asked questions to help Bella’s stay be more comfortable. Lots of photos sent! Highly recommend!!

Emily was absolutely amazing with our dog and made the entire boarding experience stress-free and comforting. She genuinely cares for animals and treated our dog like family from the very beginning. Throughout the stay, she was attentive, reliable, and made sure our pup felt safe, happy, and loved. When we picked our dog up, she was relaxed, happy, and clearly very well taken care of, which gave us so much peace of mind. It’s rare to find someone you can fully trust with your pet, but Emily exceeded every expectation, and we couldn’t be more grateful. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, trustworthy, and professional dog boarder, and we will definitely be booking with her again.

Clayton was absolutely phenomenal in taking care of our very active german shepherd while we were on a two week international vacation. We received photos and videos on a daily basis which made us SO happy to see, and it was very clear Clayton treated him as one of the family and they got into a routine with playtime and exercise. We will be thrilled to book with Clayton again and it's awesome to feel so good while away knowing Adolphus is happy and so well-cared (spoiled! )for!

We were honestly anxious about leaving our English bulldog because he can be high maintenance and very reactionary around other dogs, but finding Jada was such a relief. She was patient, understanding, and made us feel comfortable from the start. Jada took great care of him, kept us updated, and gave us peace of mind while we were away. It is clear she genuinely cares and knows how to handle dogs with different personalities and needs. We are so grateful we found her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, kind, and reliable to care for their pet.

We had such a wonderful experience with this pet sitting family! It’s clear they truly love and care for dogs like their own. They kept us updated with daily photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Their youngest daughter was especially sweet and shared the cutest stories about all the adventures she had with our pup. It meant a lot to know our dog was not just being watched, but genuinely loved and having fun. We would absolutely trust them again and highly recommend their services!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
