About this sitter: I spent almost 10 years as a zookeeper working with anything from lions and tigers to meerkats and kangaroos. I have also had many furry friends of my own. I grew up on a farm, was in 4-H, and raised rabbits, dairy feeders, and steers. I now live in a duplex that has a small fenced in grassy area for dogs to play in and enjoy. I am also very close to a park with several miles of trails. I am currently a high school teacher and work from 7:30-4:30 with plenty of time after to care for your pet family. I love animals and have a great respect for them. I also have an 17 year old son who is with me half the time and loves animals just as much as I do. I currently have no pets of my own so I look forward to spending time with your furry loved ones! :) Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover all my life. I've grown up with them and around them. We always had dogs when I was younger and I enjoyed having my own after college.

Charissa is the BEST! We have booked multiple times with her. We have a nervous dog that can be aggressive and leary of people but she has a way with him and he has been great with her from the start and so have our three cats. We feel so lucky to have found her and always feel comfortable leaving, knowing they are in such good hands!
My dogs felt at home. Charissa was very sweet and took great care of my dogs.
