Welcome to your dog's home away from home! I am a lifelong dog owner and passionate pet caregiver. My goal is to provide a safe, loving, and enriching environment where every dog feels like part of the family. I have a large fenced yard where dogs can safely play, explore, and enjoy the sunshine. Indoors, I provide interactive activities such as treat puzzles, snuffle mats, licking mats with peanut butter, dog-friendly TV, relaxing music, and plenty of toys. On Sundays, dogs can enjoy a special dog-friendly ice cream treat. I provide extra bowls, leashes, a small crate, comfortable dog beds, and other essentials, so owners only need to bring their dog's food and any required medications. My dog Coco is friendly, playful, and loves sharing her toys with visiting dog friends. For the comfort and safety of all pets, I accept only small dogs (up to 20 inches tall) that are non-aggressive and comfortable around other dogs. During the school year, dogs may be alone for up to 6 hours on weekdays while I am at work. However, I am home most weekends and throughout the summer, allowing for plenty of companionship, playtime, and attention. I provide regular photo and video updates so you can enjoy your time away knowing your dog is happy, comfortable, and well cared for. !Tambièn hablamos español!

Carmen took great care of our dog! This was our second time having our dog stay with Carmen and we would do it again and again! She kept us updated and did fun activities with her.
Carmen took such good care of our 10 1/2 year old Bischon and it made our vacation so much better knowing our dog was having his own vacation! Carmen sent daily updates and pictures and did fun and unique activities with the dogs, like “dog painting”, walks and a trip to a dog park. Carmen’s house is very neat, clean and tidy, she has a great back yard and the cutest “dog play room”. I also got a full, detailed report card when I got back. This was our first time leaving our dog in Carmen’s care but it certainly won’t be the last. Do not hesitate to feel comfortable leaving your dog in Carmen’s loving care.

Schedule
Pet care is part of my everyday life. I have owned dogs my entire life and currently have a friendly Mini Bernedoodle. During the school year, I provide care before and after work, and during weekends and summer vacation, I am home most of the time, giving dogs plenty of attention, playtime, exercise, and companionship. Dogs in my care are treated like family and are included in my daily routine.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety is my top priority. Dogs are always supervised during playtime and interactions. If I notice that a dog is anxious, overwhelmed, or needs personal space, I separate them to ensure their comfort and safety. I only accept small female dogs and neutered small male dogs that are friendly, non-aggressive, and up to date on vaccinations. My home is pet-friendly, and dogs have access to a private guest room, a fenced yard, comfortable resting areas, and enrichment activities. I also use a webcam to monitor the dogs whenever I need to leave the house.

A typical day
A typical day includes outdoor playtime in my spacious yard, potty breaks, walks if requested by the owner, enrichment activities such as puzzle toys, snuffle mats, and licking mats, plus plenty of love and attention. Dogs can relax indoors with calming music, dog-friendly TV, cozy beds, and interactive toys. My Mini Bernedoodle, Coco, enjoys playing with visiting dogs and helping them feel welcome. Throughout the day, I provide a safe, fun, and family-oriented environment where every dog feels comfortable and cared for.
