Jacob kept me updated throughout the stay, was very flexible when my travel plans changed, and even sent Shvan home with a thoughtful goodie bag. I felt completely comfortable knowing he was in good hands and would definitely book with Jacob again.
Claudia is definitely a cat expert. She cares and respected my cats’ boundaries while they were getting used to her house. She sends daily updates in the form of text and video, which made us feel like our cats were safe and comfortable. I will 100% recommend her to friends and will definitely go to her for future boarding / visits.
Rebecca was fantastic. She stayed in touch with me and sent pictures throughout my pup's stay. Best part was that Juno was treated like family, allowed to roam the house and lay on the couch, and got plenty of pets and loving while I was away. Exactly the kind of care I was looking for!

I have never been so pleased as I was with Oshin and her husband!! My dogs have never been away from us more than one day and she took the best care of them. We have two mini schnauzers and they are so emotional when it comes to missing us. Oshin did a great job in keeping them happy. She is the best ever. We felt so secure after meeting her that we actually had a good time being away. We can’t say enough on how wonderful these two people are. Would go back in a New York minute!!

Mary Kathryn and her family were awesome! She sent me a ton of pictures and updates on my boy Winston while I was out of town! I contacted Jacob to watch my two dogs while we went on family vacation. We met up so he good meet them prior to booking. They loved the space in his backyard immediately and felt very comfortable. He sent notes with updates of pics and videos during their stay. They even said bye to him as we were leaving. Will definitely be using his services again.

We did a meet & greet before the actual booking, listened to all of my Charlie's quirks & habits and then used the time she had him to reinforce training he's previously had.
