About: Dog lover offering dependable, loving care for your furry family members. Whether it's walks, playtime, or cuddles, I'll make sure your pup feels right at home while you're away. I currently work full time, but I have the flexibility to go and take care of the pets in my care whenever they need it. I have a large fenced in backyard in a quiet neighborhood right next to a park for long walks. I also have a decent sized living room for lounging and playing.
“Second time using Renee and Greg. Couldn't figure out how to review the first time lol. I am very happy to leave them an excellent review. They have watched Duke twice for extended stays! They handled his energy level well and I couldn't ask for a better family! Daily updates and pictures. I never worry when Duke is with them.”

“Ann did a great job at boarding our 2 dogs! Everyday she sent pictures and updates of them. She went above and beyond with helping us watch our dogs. Thank you Ann!! I definitely recommend her!!”

“Mary Kathryn was phenomenal! She sent lots of update pictures and was incredibly responsive. She seemed to enjoy having my fur babies in her home, snuggled them, gave my boy lots of time outside and went on walks; they seemed to have had a great time. I will absolutely be a repeat client!”

“Lissi was amazing with our 17 year old Ivan! Even though he is an anxious dog, He was so calm and happy when I picked him from being with Lissi all day. Thank you Lissi for taking such good care of Ivan!”

“Libby is great at providing updates for our dog. She recently watched her for 8ish days while we are on vacation. The only thing we were worried about is that Evie, our dog, wouldn't want to come home with us! Too much fun at Libbys place!”

“INCREDIBLE ROVER MAMA 🐾 my baby was cared for like another member of the family! Daily and frequent updates I felt like I was always in the loop! This was my first attempt at using Rover after hearing many other scary stories I am grateful to Susan and her family for giving me a positive story to share but most importantly for giving my boy a safe and happy environment that accommodated his quirks and anxieties! Already have dates im ready to block out for the rest of the year! Truly happy and satisfied! Rhaegar approved 🐾”

“Sarah did a great job watching Freya! She sent plenty of updates and was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. She seems to have a strong love for all dogs and I felt very safe leaving mine in her care.”

“Yvonne was great with the puppies. We got a ton of photo updates daily and she let us know how they were doing. Very flexible on last minute request to change our drop off and pick up times with the holiday travel.”

About: I have had multiple dogs and cats my entire life. I can easily handle multiple dogs with different personalities. I am also experienced in finding creative ways to keep dogs happy and recognize signs of annoyance or that a dog wants to be alone. I love going for walks and taking dogs with me. I also encourage play and almost always have some toys or treats in my car. I do allow dogs on our furniture and love to cuddle. I have 2 dogs of my own who are friendly and love to play chase and wrestle. I have a large fenced in backyard and a doggy door so dogs have access inside and out all day weather permitting. I’m a stay at home mom so I spend most of the day at home. Dogs will have free range of inside and outside while I’m home. I do have multiple gates and doors in our home so dogs can have separate spaces when needed. I do kennel one of our dogs when we leave the house and would put any other dogs in a separate room just to ensure safety of all the animals. I have a large fenced in backyard and a doggy door. My dogs are allowed free access inside and out. They also are allowed on furniture. I do lock up my dogs when we leave the house. I have a permanent baby gate and sliding door so I can keep dogs in the living room if they need to be separated.
“I cannot express the gratitude and happiness I feel for my dog sitter, Sapana. It was my first time ever using this website for my puppy. My puppy was perfectly taken care of. She sent me emails throughout the day, sent me pictures of my doggie playing happily with her dogs, and asked alot of questions when concerned. My puppy had just had surgery and Sapana took the time to clean her wound and made sure she was save and free of pain. I loved her and will definitely use her again!!”

“We were so happy to find a sitter with doodles for our girl to hang with. Bob was very communicative and sent photos daily, which our family loved seeing. Thank you, Bob and family!”

“I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for my dog! She was incredibly caring, responsible, and communicative throughout the entire stay. My fur baby was clearly happy, well-exercised, and loved while I was away. I really appreciated the regular updates and photos as it gave me peace of mind knowing my dog was in such good hands. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again!”

“Nick and Ashley were amazing sitters for Snooki, they were in contact and sent pictures the entire time. I can tell Snooki had a great time with them. I will definitely book with them again in the future!”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Haltom City
Had to go out of town for work and left my two fur babies with Paress…they had a great time there. The pictures she sent showed how relaxed my doggos were. They made themselves right at home because of how Paress takes care of them. I will definitely bring them back to her the next time I have to go out of town. Thanks Paress

I had to leave the country for two weeks and felt completely at ease leaving my dogs with Shabeena. My active pup had the best time playing with her dog, while my older lady got all the pampering and cuddles she loves. They were absolutely spoiled with treats, love, and attention, and I received the cutest photo updates that made being away so much easier. I couldn’t have asked for better care and would 100% trust Shabeena with my dogs again!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in TX ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
