About: I have had multiple dogs and cats my entire life. I can easily handle multiple dogs with different personalities. I am also experienced in finding creative ways to keep dogs happy and recognize signs of annoyance or that a dog wants to be alone. I love going for walks and taking dogs with me. I also encourage play and almost always have some toys or treats in my car. I do allow dogs on our furniture and love to cuddle. I have 2 dogs of my own who are friendly and love to play chase and wrestle. I have a large fenced in backyard and a doggy door so dogs have access inside and out all day weather permitting. I’m a stay at home mom so I spend most of the day at home. Dogs will have free range of inside and outside while I’m home. I do have multiple gates and doors in our home so dogs can have separate spaces when needed. I do kennel one of our dogs when we leave the house and would put any other dogs in a separate room just to ensure safety of all the animals. I have a large fenced in backyard and a doggy door. My dogs are allowed free access inside and out. They also are allowed on furniture. I do lock up my dogs when we leave the house. I have a permanent baby gate and sliding door so I can keep dogs in the living room if they need to be separated.
“I could not have asked for more from a cat sitter! Claire was wonderful with my two very particular cats 🐈 🐈⬛ and always gave us tons of information after every visit (a huge relief for a cat with medical issues). Definitely will book again! ❤️”

“Susan is a very kind and caring cat sister! She is well organized and stands behind her confirmed visits and times! You can depend on her. She will do a great job for you, and send pics of everything during her visits! It’s great to have confidence in a pet sitter while you are on vacation! We are very happy with Rover and how easy it was to use the app!”

“Jada did absolutely amazing watching out puppers while out of town. Received lovely check in photos and feedback regarding the dogs. She gave such tender love and care to them and our home. I would recommend her to anyone looking for someone you can trust while your away.”

“I highly recommend Julieta. I was out of town for 3 days and it was my first time to use drop in visits. My dog was well taken care of by her and she sent me pictures of my dog which gave me a huge relief. I definitely will let her take care of my dog when I’m gone next time.”

About: I am a lifelong animal lover with 10 years of experience caring for dogs and cats. For the last 15+ years, I have been a dedicated owner to two highly active Shepherds, which means I am incredibly comfortable with high-energy working breeds and dogs of all sizes. I frequently sit multiple large dogs (50+ lbs) at the same time, so managing a lively pack is second nature to me. While I am not a professional trainer, I have a deep understanding of dog behavior. My own dog holds an AKC certification, and we actively practice tricks and obedience together. When I am walking or watching your dog, I don't just keep them safe, I actively engage with them, read their body language, and help reinforce their good habits. I currently work part-time during the day, and I am fully available Monday through Sunday after 5 p.m. My evenings are wide open and perfect for taking your pup on a long walk. As a dog walker, my top priority is leash safety and situational awareness. Having handled active Shepherds and 50+ lb dogs for 15+ years, I know how to read canine body language and avoid potential stressors on our route. I always double-check harnesses and collars, ensure your dog gets fresh water post-walk if needed, and securely lock your home before leaving.
“Robin has a pure love for dogs and their well-being. She made sure our Blue was well taken care of and spent quality time with him daily. I highly recommend using Robin ❤️.”

About: I’ve owned dogs all my life and have always been an animal lover. In high school I took an interest to veterinary medicine & interned at a vet clinic. I have experience with cats & dogs of all ages. I currently own one dog and three cats who are all well taken care of and loved! Everyone gets their monthly flea & tick prevention as well as bathing, nail trims, and teeth brushing! I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals - whether it’s playing, feeding, or just getting to know their personalities. I treat them all as my own and I have so much love for them. I’m currently working as a tattoo artist part time, but I make my own schedule! I’m available early mornings - late afternoons. My schedule is flexible so I’m able to accept last minute drop-ins! 30 minutes or multiple hours, I’m available 🫶 Your pets’ safety is my top priority! Any care instructions will be followed exactly & they’ll get my undivided attention the whole time. I’ll make sure they’re always safe and comfortable 🤍
“Brenda was absolutely amazing!! We came home to happy calm dogs, even our shy old lady of a cat came out to greet her every night! We enjoyed seeing pictures of them while we were gone and seeing how happy they were. I highly recommend Brenda if you are looking for someone you can trust!”

About: My wife and I are huge pet lovers. She's been doing pet foster care since she was young and I've had the privelage of owning a few animals myself. I absolutely love being around animals of all kinds and loving on them as I would my own. We also have experience with medication administration. We're flexible and adaptable and here for your fur babies! If your fur babies like to be around other animals we have a very loving dog who loves all animals and loves to play. I look forward to speaking with you and getting to know your pets! Ally is a stay at home mom, though she does have a job that takes her away periodically she's at home the majority of the time so there is almost always someone available to give the animals the love and attention they deserve. We have a fenced yard with some space to run and stretch or get some fresh air. Sometimes we take multiple dogs at a time but not normally. If separation is required a crate is preferred but we do have extra rooms and baby gates to give the dogs their own space is we need to leave the house or for sleeping hours.

“Very helpful!! Needed someone to watch our pups last minute and she was eager to help! Also very patient when having an issue with getting into the apartment! Dogs also seemed well taken care of!”
“Judi is awesome and my cats love her. She takes great care of them and gives special attention to my diabetic cat. I completely trust her and sends the best Rover cards daily.”

About: What sets me apart is how seriously I take caring for your pet—I treat them like they’re my own. I have a background working as a pharmacy technician and EMS training, so I’m very attentive, reliable, and comfortable handling situations that require extra care or quick thinking. I’m experienced with both puppies and senior pets, whether that means helping with basic routines and potty training or giving medications and moving at a slower, more comfortable pace. I also make it a priority to keep you updated with pictures and messages, so you always know your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for. Honestly, animals are a huge part of my life, so pet care fits into my routine really naturally. I love being around them, and I actually plan my days in a way that lets me give pets the time, attention, and consistency they need. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just keeping them company, it never feels like a chore—it’s something I genuinely enjoy. Making sure they feel comfortable, happy, and loved while you’re away is always my priority. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. During drop-in visits, I make sure they’re fed, have fresh water, get potty breaks, and of course plenty of attention and playtime. For walks, I make sure they get safe, structured exercise at a pace that fits their energy level. I’m very attentive to each pet’s needs, whether that’s giving medications, working on basic puppy routines, or taking extra time with senior pets who need a slower, gentler approach. I also respect your home, keep everything clean, and follow any instructions closely. I always send updates and pictures so you know your pet is happy and well cared for.

Rebecca was amazing. I had to find a cat sitter last minute on a holiday weekend and she was able to fit me in. My kitty clearly loved her and seemed so happy when we came home. Quick communication and wonderful photos, videos and updates. I would recommend hands down!

Patricia was truly a blessing. ❤️ Leaving my girl behind is never easy for me because I worry about her when I’m away. Knowing Patricia was there made such a difference. She was incredibly attentive, gentle, caring, and thoughtful. The videos and updates she sent meant so much to me. Being able to see my girl, see that she was comfortable and happy, and watch Patricia giving her love and attention gave me such peace of mind while I was away. What touched me most was that Patricia didn’t just come in and take care of the basics. She genuinely cared about her. She paid attention to her little quirks, made sure she was comfortable, and gave her the companionship and affection she needed. I could tell from the videos that my girl was happy to see her, and that meant everything to me. Coming home knowing she had been safe, happy, loved, and so well cared for is priceless. Patricia went above and beyond, and I would trust her with my girl again without a second thought. If you’re looking for someone who will care for your pet with genuine love and attention, I cannot recommend Patricia highly enough. She is wonderful, and I’m so grateful I found her. ❤️

Madison was amazing with my cat Nola. She was very attentive, kind, and made sure everything was clean and organized. She fed Nola, played with her, and kept me updated, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I’m really grateful for the care she provided. Highly recommend!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
