We did a meet and greet so that Ana and our pup, Lady, could get to know each other and they bonded immediately. About: I've had personal dogs for the last 10 years. I also volunteer at the animal shelter by walking dogs, playing with them in the play yard, providing enrichment, building confidence and giving lots of love and pets . I also started to foster from the shelter a year and a half ago and find it extremely rewarding. I am available all day on weekends and weekdays after 5pm to help with walks or drop ins. I work on a school schedule and am also available on holidays. Your dog(s) will get lots of pets and love with me. I am patient and will take my time if your fur baby needs a little time to open up. About: My children, husband and I have always been “animal” people and enjoy getting the opportunity to love on your pets! I know I always enjoy my trips away from home knowing my pets are well taken care of and loved on by someone we trust, so we’d like to do the same for another family and their pet babies! I work full-time from home with a flexible schedule; plenty of time to love and care for your babies. My children are 14 and 12, and have grown up around all sorts of pets. We have a privacy fenced in backyard that the dogs have free range in when let out. We do have a shade set up out there but we do not let any animals stay outside for too long if the heat is prohibitive. We have 2 playful pups that we adopted from a rescue and our newest baby we adopted as a puppy from a local family here in Texas. We love to welcome in new friends to play! About: I have worked in a well renowned and amazing shelter & animal rescue (no kill shelter) for 5 years. I’ve got plenty of experience with both dogs and cats. About: I plan to treat any animal I watch as my own. I’ve had both dogs and cats throughout my childhood and still to today. I’ve mainly had medium to large dogs (65lbs-110lbs) and have also done my own training for my current dog. I’ve also worked with senior dogs who have required diapers, pee pads, and assistance moving. While I do not currently have a cat, I have interacted and watched/cared for multiple friends and family’s cats. I’m excited to interact with any animal I have the privilege of watching! I currently participate in contract work in another state so when I am off contract I have a large amount of free time (including weekdays and weekends). I would like to dedicate that time to helping others care for their animals. I currently own a large dog so I am unavailable to care for client’s pets in my own home.
