I’ve been pet sitting since I was a teenager, and have had more personal pets and foster pets than I could count! I worked as a Veterinary Technician for nearly a decade across the DFW area, from 2014-2023. In Sept 2023, I had to step away for health reasons. I couldn’t imagine a life not working with animals, and wanted to continue doing so in a way that my health would allow. With the experience and skills I have, I decided to start pet sitting full time. Over the years, I’ve worked with dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, reptiles, amphibians, cows, horses, etc. I have experience with many different species of pets, and all types of behavior and health issues.

I have a fenced-in yard, three dogs (a 5 yr old French Bulldog, 3 yr old French Bulldog, and a 10 yr old German Shepherd), two cats, a Ball Python, a Bearded Dragon, and one chicken (a partridge in a pear tree?) 😃 We have quite the zoo, and I love it!! I have accommodations for guest pets in a spare back bedroom (this option offered for special medical needs only, I.e a pet recovering from surgery, a pet with lameness or atrophy, strict medication schedule, etc).

Great service as always
This woman is an angel! She’s so experienced with dogs from all walks of life and demeanors. She’s very professional and communicative and worthy to trust with your home and fur baby. My dog hates most people and they hit it off so quickly! I’m so relieved that I found someone capable of handling my reactive, and often unfriendly, dog.
Sara is always our go-to pet sitter - she does a fabulous job of caring for the cats but also providing them with real companionship.
Sara is fantastic with our babies. They adore her…and they can be a difficult bunch. Worth the money for sure.
Sara does a fantastic job with our animals every time, and we love that her vet tech background means she has perspective about any challenges that come up. She also does a wonderful job of caring for the house while we’re gone, and she’s highly communicative with questions or concerns.

Schedule
I pet sit full time, holidays and weekends included. I offer drop in visits, dog walking, and in special (medical) cases I could host a pet in my home.

- If your pet is on any medications, or has special needs like heart conditions, diabetes, anxiety, etc please let me know. I like to keep the pet’s routine as close to their normal as possible, so any extra info about your pet is appreciated! I loved working with pets in the veterinary field, and now as your pet sitter, I will do whatever I can to make your pets as happy and comfortable as I can while you are away ♥️
