“Liana was so good with Oreo! She took time to make sure he was comfortable and worked with him when he was scared. She also gave updates on how he was doing/how the visit went! I definitely would recommend her!”

About: Growing up with dogs my entire life has given me experience with all kinds of personalities, from tiny Chihuahuas to gentle Great Danes. I truly believe every dog is different and deserves to be understood with patience and kindness. Whether your pup is energetic, shy, senior, or a little quirky, I’ll take the time to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I’m experienced with cleaning up accidents, administering medication, following special care instructions, and adapting to each dog’s unique routine. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, and I’ll treat them with the same love, attention, and respect I’d give my own. Thanks for stopping by my profile! I’m currently a college student, so I’m unavailable Monday and Wednesday mornings until 12:30 PM. Other than that, I have a flexible schedule and am available throughout the rest of the week. Starting later in August, I’ll be available most days and evenings, with the exception of Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Feel free to reach out with any questions—I look forward to meeting you and your furry friend! When caring for your pet in your home, my priority is making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I’ll follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible, provide plenty of attention and affection, keep your home clean and secure, and always treat your pet and your home with the same care and respect I would my own. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your furry family member is in good hands.
“Sandra has been wonderful to our two pups. Very reliable and flexible. I am completely confident that our girls are well cared for while I am at work and my wife is out of town. Sandra even jumped in on short notice one weekend when a house sitting arrangement fell through. She provides great walk updates and constant communication. I highly recommend her and will definitely rebook in the future.”

“We were out of the country for beauty 2 weeks and Lillian did a great job with both of our girls and exceeded all of our expectations. We would definitely use her again.”

“I gotta start with saying Casey is a life saver!!!! I had a last minute change in schedule and Casey was able to ease my mind. She is super attentive, always kept me updated and took lots of photos. My puppy loved seeing her come through the door and he attacked her with kisses everytime. She popped in to walk him on time everyday and even came in after the walk to check water/food levels! ❤️ 1000% recommend!!!! Will definitely be rebooking in the future.”

Because this is what I do full time, I’m available throughout the day for feeding, walks, playtime, check-ins, and any special routines your pet needs. I work a hybrid job and when I do work it’s for a max of 5 hours so scheduling won’t be an issue for me. About: I used to take care of a golden retriever back in 2016 and would take him on frequent walks around the neighborhood! I’ve also taken care of many different sizes of dogs, including dachshunds, Pyrenees, and elderly dogs! I’ve taken care of many different kinds of cats as well and try to make them feel a little less lonely! I primarily work from home so I can come check in on the animals as early as 10 AM and have frequent visits during the day up until about 5 PM. I love following specific instructions by the pet owners themselves as they know their pets best! I will check in on them and do what needs to be done for their food, or cleaning litter, or just spending time with them. If I am to take them on a walk. I ask that the neighborhood be safe as I am just a girl, but I typically enjoy a little walk around anyways!

And if it is to take care of them on my days off, then I will always be with them on the lookout and I will take them to play with my dogs in the park. Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Grapevine
Ashley walked me dog for me while I was on a quick out of town trip and couldn't take him with me. She even picked up an extra walk at the last minute, when I realized I wouldn't be back in time. She sent lots of pictures and communicated well to let me know how he was doing.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
