About: This is my new profile from my previous inactive one! i’m 21 years old, I am local to the Lantana/Argyle area and have been for the past 8 years of my life with pet care experience reaching back 10 years. i was born in Missouri, the first place i was able to be blessed with a beautiful family husky named raven, coming before my second family dog named max (boxer). after him came the 3 little comedians in my pet profile. I love every dog and their personalities and being around a variety of them is more than a privilege for me! I currently do NOT live with my 3 dogs (kept at my parents house, as i bought another house in lantana with my brother) i will be working 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off at an oil rig in a few months, though my brother who lives with me (also a rover pet care worker) will be at the house 24/7. we both share the same policies and expectations for eachother when it comes to pet care and overnight sitting. my main rule with new dogs and animals in general is patience, empathy and logical solutions. i really don't like the whole getting mad at dogs thing so I tend to use this rule when training and/or sitting dogs as a way to prioritize both me & the pups comfort as well as to set a stable pattern of expected behavior both from me and the pup. I have a built in dog bath in my house as well as a large (ish) room dedicated to them having a place to walk around, eat, play and lay down when i'm not there, the room is also gated.

About: Like most families I have been around pets my entire life and have been through the great times as well as the sad times. I love the quote “They’re only part of our lives, but for them, we’re their whole life” as it exemplifies pet ownership in the most wholesome manner. Let me treat your furry loved ones as my own family and give them the care and respect they deserve! I have a hybrid schedule where I work from home Mondays and Fridays where weekends are mostly open. I always stop home for lunch on my in office days and check in on everyone and have a nightly routine to spend as much time as I can with each throughout the night. I always double-check water and have set schedules for food for every pet. I enjoy going on walks but never forget about the heat because if it’s hot for me I could only imagine what it’s like to be covered in fur. I don’t neglect the small things and have trained to be keenly observant of sounds and actions from my pets.

About: My background in animal shelters and years of pet sitting for family and friends gave me experience with senior dogs, anxious pets, and health-related needs. About: Jess: Hey, there! I'm a stay at home mom - mom to three kids, 1 dog (Rosie). Everyone will argue about who is Rosie's favorite but we all know it's me :) I'm home during the day and would love to help take care of your little loves! My son, Zeke, is in 10th grade and will assist me in bookings in every way. He is an honor roll student at Coram Deo Academy where he attends school three days a week and homeschools the other days. Because of that, he has flexible time in his schedule to go walking, etc. He is very responsible and tender hearted, loves snuggling with Rosie while watching movies, is active in our church youth group, enjoys acting in varsity drama at school and in a local youth theatre company, and is looking to start early on saving for college. We are happy for 30 minute (or 60 minute) drop in visits to include a walk for your dog(s) without an additional fee. Zeke: There has been a dog in my life since I was born (my favorite are dachshunds but I don't discriminate ;) Neighbors have entrusted their pets to me and were glad with the service they received. My experience is mainly based in dogs and some in cats. I also have light experience with ferrets and am brave enough to tackle most pets. If you have an alligator, I might charge extra! Pet care works perfectly in my schedule! I am 16 years old (my mom helps me run this account; thanks, Mom!) and would love to start saving up for some big goals. I love performing with my theatre company, hanging out with friends, board games, anything Marvel or Star Wars, and swimming, but I also really love hanging out with pets. This summer I will be available when I’m not rehearsing; my schedule during the school year will include afternoons and weekends. I do have the added flexibility of attending school on Mon/Wed/Fri and schooling from home on Tues/Thurs as I attend Coram Deo Academy. On walks, I will keep your pet/pets in the neighborhood while making sure they are safe and well exercised. In your home I will feed them, play with them, and let them outside (backyard, but most importantly, I'll do my best to bring a smile to their dog, cat, ferret, frog, or other face ;) My mom will also be driving me to walks and drop ins and will serve as an added layer of safety and trust.

About: I have been providing pet sitting to my neighbors for over 4 years. This includes giving the dog(s) proper play time, food, and any other possible dog-care needs. I am currently working a part time job but my other job is very flexible to my schedule. I will be beginning Physical Therapy School late August and it will be essential a 9-5 job. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was very young. I grew up with 3 big dogs. I would feed, water, walk and play with them everyday. Since they’ve gotten older I can’t play with them as much, but I walk them all the time. I adopted a puppy in 2022. He has been a challenge but I wouldn’t change him for the world. I just moved back home since finishing college. Im currently looking for jobs however, their needs come before my job. I stay with the dogs most of the day. I go home for about an hour or two then come straight back. As soon as I get there I let them outside to go to the bathroom, and depending on the time I either play with them or I feed and water them.

I often work evenings for my job but I have time before and after work to take care of dogs! though my work days off can differ I will have time to take care of them whenever they happen I would prefer to go to the customers house to take care of their pets because as I have a great yard in my house i am not in a place where I can have them come to me right now! About: I have the good fortune to've grown up in the country, and cared for a wide variety of pets, starting from the age of 7: dogs, cats, ducks, parakeets, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, cockatiels, fish, and guinea hens. NOTE: I have no dog, I have one caged parakeet. ;) I have a flexible work-from-home schedule, with a lot of availability for fur baby care. I treat your sweet baby as if it were my own. About: Hi my name is Emma! Im a college student going into the nursing program and I’m a big animal lover! I have a lot of time on my hands and after doggy sitting my family friends dog I decided to join Rover to make some money while I’m in college. I’m excited to meet new furry friends, I’m responsible, patient, and love spending time with my family or my own pups. I know how important it is to feel confident that your pet is in good hands, so I’ll always keep you updated and treat your dog like my own! As a freshman in college I have a pretty flexible schedule with plenty of free time between classes. This means I have plenty of time to check in with the animals. On weekends I have even more free time so that means more play time, cuddles, or even overnight stays. I make sure every pet feels safe and secure around me. That I’m just another friend. I am good at following a schedule and routine, and I give lots of attention, playtime, and cuddles of course. I always make sure they have food and water and enough physical activity.

About: I’ve never not had pets in my life! I’ve cared for a wide variety of pets, young and old, traditional pets and more exotic ones. I don’t mind caring for any type of pet— if it’s your baby, it’ll be mine too for a bit! Currently I have completely open availability! Some weekends I do theatre productions but those weekends are few and far between. I’m also a night owl and am open to care for your pets at all odd hours of the day or night. Routine is key for your pets. As a sitter, it is my responsibility to ensure your babies still follow their routine as if you were still at home. I have experience with more complex routines or routines that involve medication as well!
