“Karina has been absolutely amazing and has saved me many times. I have a busy schedule and I travel a lot for work. She has helped me in a pinch with a smile on her face! My pets adore her and I think the world of her.”

About: I have been caring for French Bulldogs since I was 18 and have 14 years of experience walking, feeding, playing with, homemade fresh dog food, medical care, and helping friends care for their pets. One of the dogs I cared for was an elderly French Bulldog who lived to 13 years old. I also recently helped a friend successfully train their Corgi who was reluctant to walk, which shows my patience and ability to work with dogs with different needs and personalities. Current experience with drop-in visits and boarding for the following breeds: American Bulldog, Australian Shepherd, French Bulldog, Labrador, Pug, Corgi, Goldendoodle, Shiba Inu, and Miniature Poodle. I truly enjoy getting to know each dog’s unique personality. Every breed is special in its own way, and I love caring for and spending time with them. I also have experience supporting dogs with basic medical needs, including allergy symptoms, corneal abrasions, administering heart medication, ear infections, and caring for dogs during recovery from injuries. If your dog needs medication while you are away, I can help with that as well. You can expect attentive care, common-sense safety awareness, and prompt response if any issues arise while your pet is in my care. I work full-time and provide reliable, safe, and attentive pet care through personalized boarding and drop-in visits on both weekdays and weekends. I provide a safe environment with fresh RO water and clean hardwood floors and carpets. Pricing for small and medium dogs is as listed. Large dogs require an additional $10 per night. You will receive up to 10 photos during each visit or boarding stay. I have a fully fenced yard with green grass, rose garden, and a variety of herbs, providing your pet with fresh scents and a relaxing outdoor environment during their stay. I also have a friendly 8-year-old French Bulldog who is calm and rarely barks. My home provides a safe, playful, and comfortable environment for puppies, adult dogs, and senior pets.
“Lindsay was the first person we have hired through Rover, and she was absolutely incredible! So helpful, communicative, and very considerate/thoughtful. We usually have a friend do it so we were a bit nervous, but we will never hesitate to hire Lindsay again. She really loves dogs and our pooch was excited to see her everyday. A wonder to work with!”

“Hilda did a wonderful job walking my dog! She was attentive, caring, and made sure my pup was comfortable the entire time. I really appreciated the detailed note. It gave me peace of mind knowing my dog was in such good hands. You can tell she genuinely loves animals. Highly recommend!”

About: I have experience walking and caring for dogs of different sizes, energy levels, and temperaments. I’m comfortable with everything from quick potty breaks to longer, high-energy walks. I focus on keeping dogs safe, engaged, and calm while making sure they get the exercise and attention they need. I’m patient with nervous dogs, confident with energetic ones, and always pay attention to their behavior, leash safety, and surroundings. I genuinely enjoy spending time outside with dogs and making walks a positive part of their day. Dog walking fits easily into my weekly routine because I have a flexible schedule and enjoy being active. I’m available for regular walks and recurring visits depending on what the dog and owner need. I like having consistent routines with dogs so they know when to expect me, which helps build trust and makes walks smoother and more enjoyable over time. Safety is my top priority on every walk. I always use secure leashes, stay alert to surroundings, and avoid unsafe areas or distractions. I follow all owner instructions carefully, including any reactivity notes or training cues. I make sure dogs stay hydrated, comfortable, and calm throughout the walk. I treat every dog as if they were my own and focus on building trust so they feel secure and happy while in my care.
About: I’ve been petsitting for my friends and neighbours since I was 12, including administering medication, cleaning messes, housekeeping, and most all other common tasks and chores. If there’s a task you need of me that I don’t have experience in, I’d be glad to learn. As of right now I’m still in school, but after graduation (end of May, roughly) I’ll be available nearly 24/7. It’ll be ideal for me not to be scheduled for boarding on Fridays, but I will, of course, if your schedule calls for it! I absolutely value the trust of my clients and the safety of their pets, and will always do everything I can for them to feel they can leave their home and the pets inside it safe and secure with me.
About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was about 10. My neighbors, family, and friends have trusted me to walk, feed, and give their fur babies some company while ya’ll are away! I’ve grown up all my life with 6 dogs; ranging from a small chihuahua to my senior dogs a boxer and great dane! I love each pet I sit for just like I do my own! I’m currently a student at the University of Oklahoma. I have my own car so I have a reliable means of transportation. I’m done with classes around 1-2 pm depending on the day so I’m free anytime after that! I have had past experiences with senior dogs who need medication which I can provide that service if needed. Your fur babies will never be left unattended while outside and will always be in my eyesight.
“Our experience with Wendy was above & beyond everything I expected. We’ve never utilized dog walking services thru Rover before- just overnight boarding. Wendy is exponentially better than neighborhood kids we’ve had in the past. She took detailed notes during our meet & greet to ensure every detail was covered. She was on time every single day. Hot, sunny, humid weather? Nothing phases her. Our pup got to explore more of our neighborhood than she ever did with us. Wendy was simply amazing - one of our best experiences with Rover and we will absolutely be using her again. Our husky fell in love with her too!”

“Emily (Paige) is so kind and flexible which is exactly what’s needed during this busy season. She gave both of my dogs grace during the first meet, and treated the second walk like she’s done it plenty of times prior. Taking on two medium to large dogs is not an easy task but she took on the job with grace and confidence which helped keep me at peace leaving my dogs.”

About: I have taken care of animals since I was 18. I volunteered at a vet, raised a pit bull who lived to be almost 16. I currently have 5 dogs, 2 Guinea pigs, and a Flemish Giant Rabbit. I have handled senior care, have handled shots on dogs, and aggressive animals. I am just looking for extra money to help my family. I have so much love to give to animals and just want to provide that for other animals while their parents are gone. I currently have a full time, remote job. My job is very flexible so I am able to take breaks to love on other animals . I currently take care of our 8 animals I truly believe in that all animals just need love, attention, and someone who will play with them. I will provide care in your own home. We will go on walks, play in the yard, have treats, hugs, play fetch, and just provide the attention that they long for.
About: Hi Y'all, We are Meranda and Josh !! We WANT ALL THE FURRBABIES!!! We have 4 pooches of our own! All of which we have raised from puppies and are sweet and gentle. We have a 7 year old husky named Jager who is so sweet and gentle as well as the head of my lil pack. He is smart and obedient. He is friendly from strangers to puppies alike. He has been the "Father Figure" to our other pups. Obedience, non-aggressive, affectionate are the qualities he has passed on to his siblings. Next up is Bosley. He is a pitbull. The reputation of his breed is completely eliminated upon first impression with him. While he appears to be the strongest, most in-charge of the pack, he is the most submissive and kind. He is afraid of thunderstorms, loud noises, and demands to be cuddled on a daily basis. Koko is actually Bosley's cousin. She has all of the wonderful attributes Bosley does as far as being submissive and kind, but she isn't afraid of thunderstorms and loud noises. Her first response toward other dogs is to be the greeter. She longs to have puppies of her own and that is expressed in her loving, caring nature shown in her love for new friends--especially submissive ones. She has never met a stranger. Last is Whiskey. She is our puppy--An 8 month Belgian German Shepherd. She is playful and fun as any puppy should be. She is a social butterfly. She is still in training and doing great! She is smart as can be and her active instincts make her a very playful companion. She is the "Life of the Party" most of the time. Completely non-aggressive. 100% play, fun and games. Our dogs get all of our attention. They are our children. All of our dogs are kennel trained, but all of them are accustomed to being spoiled one-on-one including sleeping with us as needed when they are needy or scared. Your pup would be no different depending on his/her needs. If we could home all the world's needful dogs we would! If you are looking to socialize your pup in a loving, safe, non-aggressive environment with a variety of dogs then we are your Rover family!
“Victoria is wonderful with our pups and communicates very well! We love knowing that the pups will have a visit from her during the day, and the pups love it too!”

We are very happy with Emily! She’s very sweet and communicative. She also cares for our dogs like her own and keeps them well taken care of 😊 I will say this is the best decision for our home to have a dog sitter/walker help us while we are away at work. It’s brought so much peace of mind to me and my husband.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
