9. Nicola C.
“Nicola is first and foremost an animal lover. She lavished love and care on our Golden Retriever and was very in tune with his needs. She listened carefully to our expectations and followed them exactly. She is patient, dedicated and professional. I recommend her without reservation.”

10. Jaclyn & Eric W.
“Dogs, cats, and ducks! Jaclyn has taken care of our 10 year old dog, Beau, since he was 5 weeks old, and she has become like a second mother to him. We worked full time for a long time, so we would take Beau to her house every day, and she helped take care of him and even potty trained him, took him on walks etc. He was also able to socialize with young kids and her other pets too. She also was watched him for extended periods of time while we’ve been out of town over the years, and she has bathed him, cleaned up his messes, etc. We have taken him to her house, and she has come to our house. She does a great job in either setting. My dog loves Jaclyn, her kids, and her other pets, which is saying a lot because he isn’t typically very good with other dogs. Jaclyn has also cared for my cat, Rhino who was elderly. She was loving and compassionate with him and cleaned his litter box, vomit, etc. She gave him lots of love and snuggles too. And if that weren’t enough, she has even cared for our ducklings/ducks. Yes…that’s right…from incubation to full grown ducks. We had to leave for a trip while we were incubating duck eggs, and she managed the incubator humidity, turned the eggs, etc. And there have been a handful of times she has cared for our ducklings and grown ducks when we’ve had to go out of town. Ducks are messy and poop 96 times a day, so this is no small undertaking, but she has done it with joy. And her dogs are great with the ducks. We are thankful for Jaclyn and know we can rely on her for any need we may have when it comes to our fur and feather babies.”

11. Megan M.

“Megan walked our dogs daily while we were out of the country over nine days and our girls were in the care of my mother-in-law. Both our girls and my mother-in-law absolutely enjoyed Megan's daily visits. My mother-in-law was impressed in how Megan interacted with and rapidly gained Sadie and Raegan's trust and affection. Megan was easy to work with, communication was top notch. The whole experience helped calm fears we had with being so far away. We will absolutely use Megan again and I highly recommend that others give her a try.”

12. Cathy N.

“Cathy was great and my dog loved his time walking with her! She was on time, professional, and sent great updates and photos from their walk. I would highly recommend Cathy if you’re looking for someone to help out take care of your pets!”

13. Heather S.
“If there’s one thing that makes Heather stand out, it’s her unshakable love for animals. She doesn’t just care for them; she treats them as members of her extended family. I wouldn’t trust anyone other than Heather with my pets!!”

14. Alessia D.
About: I have just moved from Italy for my husband’s work needs. In Italy I was a reference point for friends and neighbors who needed someone to take care of their pet in case of need. Caring for other people’s animals means taking responsibility for their welfare, ensuring a safe and loving environment. It is important to provide adequate nutrition, pay attention to their physical and emotional needs. It also means being aware of signs of discomfort and unease, establishing a bond of trust with them. In essence, it’s about treating each animal as a member of your family, making sure they always receive the best care. At the moment I’m not working and I have a lot of time to take care of your Pet for both walks and boarding, during week and week end. I have a very large fenced garden where dogs can play and run, Candy is very friendly and loves playing with both puppies and adult or senior dogs like her

20. Udoka O.
About: I have been volunteering with Dog & Kitty City in Dallas, TX for about 10 years. I have experience with cats and all sizes and temperment of dogs. As a volunteer, I walked dogs of all sizes, bathe them, and trained them. I also played with and fed both cats and dogs. I also have experience fostering puppies and kittens and tending to sick and immune-compromised pets. If you're seeking a caregiver who is prompt, clean, organized and will provide a lot of fun and love to your furbaby, then I'm looking forward to hearing from you. MORE ABOUT MY BACKGROUND: I am a registered dietitian (masters of clinical nutrition) with my own private practice. I create my own schedule and work from home. My profession requires giving care to people, but I love to also give care to animals and beloved pets. I am a WFH tech freelancer, so I have great control of my schedule. I have wide range of availability all week and can even take last minute assignments on weekday afternoons. When I take care of my clients' dogs, I am attune to their personality. Some dogs like a calming walk and some dogs need a more high energy jog. If the owner has any requests for training the dog or enforcing training elements, I provide that, as well. I'm also a cat owner and have created a pet friendly space with scratching posts, toys, and trees for my cat to climb on (with plenty of dark nooks for her to hide in). She has a regular feeding schedule of a combo of dry and wet food. And she gets automated purified water. She loves lots of snuggles and lots of naps. When I care of others' cats, I adjust to what that cat is comfortable with. Every cat is different!
