I am often worrisome when I leave my Chuckie when I go on vacation but from beginning to end, Lilivette has made the process so very smoothe. She met with me ahead of time with her dog to ensure they met and were friendly. She was very communicative about her picking up Chuckie from daycare and gave constant updates which relieved a lot of my anxiety. But I want to mainly mention that she was beyond accommodating for when I had to pick up Chuckie. She understood that I was traveling and was going to be tired the next day and she was so considerate about picking him up later in the evening so I can decompress from my long trip back home. Again, I cannot express how grateful I am for Lilivette and her family for allowing Chuckie to stay and feel so welcomed!! Everyone got along so well and I think Chuckie made a new best friend with her dog! He is easy to schedule with, great communicator, and most importantly - treated our dogs with love and care. The fenced in back yard and being only 1 client at a time were immensely important to us. Absolutely a great experience having Atticus board with Yufei! He went above and beyond to be accommodating for not only our dog but also us when we needed to board very last minute. Communicated everything well and even worked with some anxiety with Atticus and he came back home to us pretty happy. Will definitely be booking again!
Raissa was awesome! Communication was great throughout my pups 6 day stay. She sent me updates and went on daily walks. Her dog Kenzo is super sweet and got along great with Pixie. On drop off, my dog left with her as if she knew her lol. On pick up, my dog was happy and worn out when we got home. Will def be booing again in the future.
