About: Now that my sweet senior yorkie is no longer with me, I enjoy spending my free time with your fur babies! I love meeting new pups while also happily welcoming back familiar faces. I will love on your little ones as if they are my own. My priority is making sure that you feel at ease knowing that your pups are being properly loved on while you’re away. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I’m up very early so early walks are welcomed! Just let me know your pet’s special needs. For dog walking, I won’t walk more than 2 dogs at a time of similar size and temperaments for safety. For boarding, I am only able to accept small-medium sized dogs at this time. I have a 1 bedroom apartment so small-medium dogs will be the most comfortable here. I do not have a yard but there is a dog park in my building and a huge park down the street. I also have a balcony that the dogs like to go on for fresh air. So your dog will get tons of exercise if they like.

I have been caring for animals through Rover since June 2026. Although I am new to this industry, I have grown up around animals all my life. My schedule is typically highly flexible and allows for very frequent or constant care, although I currently have a Saturday exception that is described below. As a student, I am taking a Saturday class at UTA that runs from 8 AM to 5 PM on these dates: September 12th and 19th; October 3rd, 10th, 24th, and 31st; November 14th and 21st; and December 5th. Because of this, if you are inquiring about house sitting on Saturdays, your animal must be comfortable being alone for 8 hours. I do my best to ensure that your animal will always be safe, happy, and comfortable in your home or apartment. I have worked with reactive dogs and do my absolute best to make sure your animal and neighbors stay safe. My goal is to make sure your dog stays calm, comfortable, and stress-free while you are away.

“If I had to describe John in one word, it would be “amazing.” We are new to Dallas and needed someone to walk our two dogs on very short notice, and John was kind enough to step in and help. Our dogs are not difficult, but they definitely have their own personalities. One is a 120 lb German Shepherd who loves chasing squirrels (and climb trees to meet their families), rabbits, and sometimes even butterflies, and he also thinks he needs to make friends with every dog he sees. Our other one is an 18 lb Shih Tzu who is a little pampered and does not like walking in the sun. What really stood out to us was how patient, caring, and thoughtful John was with both of them. During the first couple of days, when our Shih Tzu decided he was done walking after finishing his business, John actually picked him up and carried him while continuing the walk because our German Shepherd still wanted more time outside. For the last few days, he even walked them separately so each of them could get the individual attention they needed. That level of care says a lot about John. He was always on time, courteous, respectful, responsible, and genuinely loving toward our dogs. We are very thankful for his help and would definitely look forward to having him take care of our boys again in the future.”
