“If I had to describe John in one word, it would be “amazing.” We are new to Dallas and needed someone to walk our two dogs on very short notice, and John was kind enough to step in and help. Our dogs are not difficult, but they definitely have their own personalities. One is a 120 lb German Shepherd who loves chasing squirrels (and climb trees to meet their families), rabbits, and sometimes even butterflies, and he also thinks he needs to make friends with every dog he sees. Our other one is an 18 lb Shih Tzu who is a little pampered and does not like walking in the sun. What really stood out to us was how patient, caring, and thoughtful John was with both of them. During the first couple of days, when our Shih Tzu decided he was done walking after finishing his business, John actually picked him up and carried him while continuing the walk because our German Shepherd still wanted more time outside. For the last few days, he even walked them separately so each of them could get the individual attention they needed. That level of care says a lot about John. He was always on time, courteous, respectful, responsible, and genuinely loving toward our dogs. We are very thankful for his help and would definitely look forward to having him take care of our boys again in the future.”

About: Hello and welcome to my page! My name is Ashley, and I am 22 years old. I am a recent graduate of Texas Tech University. Wreck'em Raiders! I have been caring for animals through Rover since June 2026. Although I am new to this industry, I have grown up around animals all my life. My schedule is typically highly flexible and allows for very frequent or constant care, although I currently have a Saturday exception that is described below. As a student, I am taking a Saturday class at UTA that runs from 8 AM to 5 PM on these dates: September 12th and 19th; October 3rd, 10th, 24th, and 31st; November 14th and 21st; and December 5th. Because of this, if you are inquiring about house sitting on Saturdays, your animal must be comfortable being alone for 8 hours. I do my best to ensure that your animal will always be safe, happy, and comfortable in your home or apartment. I have worked with reactive dogs and do my absolute best to make sure your animal and neighbors stay safe.
