I’ve been caring for dogs for over 10 years, wherever I’ve been, and I’ve always had a family dog in my home. I’m a huge animal lover and hold a degree in Animal Science from NC State University, so you can feel confident your pup is in knowledgeable and caring hands. I currently have two adopted dogs of my own; King, my 10-year-old super mutt (golden child), and Betty, my 2-year-old American Pitbull Terrier (problem child). Like many rescues, they each have their own quirks, including some anxiety and leash/general reactivity. Because of this, I have hands-on experience working with a wide range of behaviors and am more than happy to meet your dog where they are and support their individual needs. In addition, I’ve worked in a veterinary clinic as a kennel technician, where I gained experience with daily care routines and basic medical awareness. I also spent the past year in veterinary sales, further expanding my knowledge of animal health and client care. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and happiness are always my top priorities, and I treat every dog like they’re my own.
