“Matthew always takes such good care of my Giant Schnauzer, Winnie! He is thoughtful, takes her exercise to the next level, finding places timber are safe to let her off leash to run, and keeps her engaged with toys as well! He is the best!”

About: I don’t just “watch” pets, I actively engage with them to make sure they feel safe, stimulated, and loved. I’m comfortable with puppies who need consistency, basic training reinforcement, and lots of patience, as well as senior dogs who require a calmer environment, gentle handling, and close monitoring. I pay attention to routines, behavior changes, and specific instructions so your dog’s normal schedule stays consistent. Clear communication and photo updates are also a priority for me, so you always feel connected and at ease while you’re away. Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine because I prioritize creating a schedule around the pets I’m caring for. I make sure I have dedicated time for walks, playtime, feeding, and check-ins so each dog gets consistent attention and care. I’m organized and plan my days to avoid overbooking, which allows me to be fully present and attentive. Whether it’s early morning walks, midday visits, or evening routines, I make sure your dog’s needs come first and their schedule stays consistent. I create a calm, safe, and welcoming environment where they can feel comfortable and relaxed. I stick closely to their normal routine, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, and playtime. I make sure they receive plenty of attention, supervision, and affection so they feel right at home. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize maintaining their usual environment and routine to minimize stress. I carefully follow all instructions, keep their space clean, and make sure they get consistent exercise, enrichment, and companionship.

Feel free to reach out with any questions—I look forward to hearing from you! Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I work from home as a recruiter, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to dedicate time throughout the day to caring for pets. Whether it’s a midday walk, drop-in visit, feeding, medication administration, or simply spending quality time with a pet, I can easily accommodate visits during the day, evenings, and many weekends. As a proud Labradoodle mom of 8 years, caring for animals has been part of my everyday life for a long time. Spending time with pets is genuinely something I enjoy, and I love being able to use my flexible schedule to help local pet owners while giving their pets the attention, exercise, and companionship they deserve. I also know how important communication is when you’re away from your pet. During visits, I provide plenty of updates, photos, and videos so you can see exactly how your furry family member is doing and have peace of mind knowing they’re happy, safe, and well cared for. I care for every pet as if they were my own. In a client’s home, I do my best to maintain their normal routine, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications (if needed), and plenty of affection and attention. I understand that consistency helps pets feel comfortable and secure while their family is away. I always respect my clients’ homes, keep things clean and tidy, and provide regular updates, photos, and communication so pet parents can have peace of mind. Safety is my top priority, and I pay close attention to each pet’s individual personality, needs, and preferences. Whether your pet loves long walks, playing fetch, cuddling on the couch, or simply having a calm companion nearby, I’m happy to accommodate what makes them happiest. 🐾
“I’m so happy to have found Rezvan! She was very professional and personable. She took wonderful care of my 110lb Great Pyrenees puppy, and left him happy and worn out at the end of his walk.”

“Patar was absolutely phenomenal! Our pup Tommy was a very high energetic boy with difficulties walking on the leash and she took the time to train him on good habits (and teach me too!). I would highly recommend her for any of your pup needs!”

“My Pete is a higher energy pointer. They typically need daily attention an exercise. Jen and Jon brought the A game every day. Ask Pete. He loved his daily routine being fulfilled while I recuperate. The are 5 Star dog walking services.”

About: I have grown up with animals and currently have two dogs, Charlie and Chelsea! I grew up wanting to be a vet, which resulted in me learning all that I could about animals. I have so much love for them and would have a hundred of my own if I could! I am very responsible and respectful of what owners do and don’t want their pets to do. I have had both small and large dogs of my own throughout my life, so I am comfortable with all sizes and breeds. I work from home most days and have a flexible schedule. I love to get out and be active as much as I can during my week! I also love to relax, so an animal who just needs some company is great too. I have a fenced in yard at home and two friendly dogs (a Lab and a Border Collie Mix). They love to be outside and play.
“Monica has been so helpful as my two pit bulls adjust to their new life in Texas. They immediately warmed up to her and look forward to their time with her everyday. She is sure to follow very specific instructions and last minute changes to the routine.”

“Megan is fantastic! She responded to my last-minute request and took excellent care of my senior dog. She kept me updated throughout my time away, which gave me real peace of mind. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring pet sitter!”

“Our dog, Freya, has a good amount of energy. Taylor did a great job working with her, and taking her for a MUCH needed walk. Now, Freya is happily napping 🙂 Thank you, Taylor!”

About: My and my puppies (Pilot- 11 and Maxie- 14) love having other furry friends to play with! With younger puppies, I can maintain any training protocols you’re working on (leash walking, potty training, chewing). For seniors, I can accommodate whatever you need from me while in my care. For all others, we have lots of options to have fun, keep them busy, or just chill out. I’m home all day so there’s plenty of time for playing, cuddles, walks and attention. Lots of toys, furniture and dog beds for your babies to play with or get comfy. I have a lot of experience with dogs that may have difficulties on walks (pulling, chasing, reactive). I always make sure the pets are comfortable and have their needs met. My apartment is on the 1st floor and the back door leads to the doggy courtyard so potty breaks don’t have to be scorching for them in these Texas summer months.
About: I love all pets and have had two dogs of my own. My first was a terrier mix and my current is a staffie, so I am well accustomed to larger dogs. Additionally, I have been trusted in multiple instances to take care of other people’s pets ranging from bully breeds to pugs. I would love the opportunity to make sure your pet is well taken care of and loved when you need it! Throughout my life I’ve been surrounded by various types of dogs, ranging from chihuahuas to pits, big energy to small, and puppy to senior! This has given me the knowledge and experience to provide adequate care for your pup no matter where they are in their life or how special their personality is! My favorite part about dogs is how expressive they are! They love showing love and really are a great best friend! Currently, I am a teacher and am on summer break, so my availability is very open. I care for your pets as if they are my own! I prioritize meeting their needs and wants, and making your fur baby feel safe and loved. I follow their food, medication, and potty break routines closely! I will send check-in photos and texts during my visits. I am very reliable when it comes to the safety and well-being of your pet. They will always be fed and/or walked on time, or whatever else they may need. I have a large dog and she can play a little roughly sometimes, so that isn’t a problem if yours is the same. I can guarantee that they will feel loved and cared for under my supervision.

Britney was absolutely incredible to my girl! She truly has a gift. My sweet baby is my emotional support animal and have separation anxiety when we’re not together. Britney changed that around and had outstanding communication and love for my girl while I was away for a trip. Thank you Britney and will be booking again!

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
