About: Having grown up with two cats (now age 12) and two dogs 4 (ages 5 and 8), being around animals is in my blood! From overnight pet sitting for my family and for others to walking dogs, I have years of experience with pets and would love to spend time with your furry friends too! I am currently home following my college graduation before starting my job in Dallas, so I am available all day, everyday! I typically walk my own dogs around lunch time, but I am flexible! I love to snuggle, walk, and just play with pets whether that be indoors or fenced in outside! I have two friendly dogs and two friendly cats at home.
“My little Willow loves her walks with Priscilla! Such a help to know she gives her some outside time and cuddles in the middle of the workday. She is so patient and sweet, and gives a great overview of each walk. I highly recommend Priscilla for any of your pet care needs!!”

“Clover was great! She arrives on time and let my pup sniff around and get to know her before she tried to pet her. Ollie seemed very comfortable and was happy when he came back from is walk!”

“Carrin is AWESOME. Everything you would want in someone who cares for your beloved pet (and home), she’s got it. Our senior dog is nervous, hard of hearing, with some arthritis and hip dysplasia…and is generally slow to trust people. He took to Carrin immediately, and happily went with her for a walk, tail wagging. Did one precursor walk while I was home, so he’d know this guest is safe. When walked while not home, I could see him happily wagging from my Ring doorbell camera. Great communication, walk reports and pics from Carrin too. Highly recommended!”

“McKenzie is awesome. She showed up on time, communicated exceptionally well and she was amazing with our puppers. This was our first time using Rover, and she made our experience a great one! We highly recommend McKenzie!”

“Kalyn is the best! She takes such great care of our pup, is always responsive, and sends the cutest updates that make my day ❤️ I always look forward to them!! She even surprises her with pup cups and always makes her walk fun. I know Nala loves it ☺️ So happy she’s part of our weekly routine!”

“Kyle, did a great job walking Ella. He was able to accommodate short notice. He took my dog for a run and played frisbee with her which she loves. I’d highly recommend him!”
“My dog loves Caroline! After his walks, she spent extra time playing with him in the backyard and loving on him. She had great communication skills and did an excellent job managing his sometimes leash reactiviness. We will definitely book her again if she is available.”

About: I am a lover of all animals no matter what kind!! I grew up constantly having animals around which led to me having experience with all ages, breeds, and genders of dogs and cats (and rodents lol). I work from home, and can take breaks at my leisure/tend to have a lot of down time so I will be able to give a lot of attention to an animal in my care. I live along the Katy Trail next to multiple parks where I love to take the pets to. I also live next to a dog park if your pet likes to be around other animals! I work from home and have a lot of down time, as well as being able to take breaks whenever I chose to, so I am able to give your pet attention whenever it needs. I live next to a dog park, and my apartment is along the Katy Trail with a 10 minute walk to 2 different parks. I have a spacious extra room in my apartment if your dog is crate trained. I also encourage all pets to lay on the furniture with me so they feel like a part of the family!
“Elyssa has been great. She was able to meet up prior to Max's first walk and they definitely clicked. Thanks for walking Max! He's excited to get more walks from you soon!”

About: Hi there! I am a Rover Mom as well as caregiver and I know how important it is to find a good match for your animal. Thank you so much for stopping by my profile. My name is Kelsey, and though I am new to Rover I have well over 10 years of pet care experience in many forms. ABOUT ME: I previously had two of my own dogs, both of whom were rescues and struggled with some behavioral reactivity and physical health issues. I now have one dog and have also fostered many via Dallas Animal Services. This has led me to interact with dogs of every age, size, and temperament. I am able to care for any dog from large and anxious, to tiny and confident. While I care for and love all pups and kitties, I specialize in separation anxiety, fearfulness, and medical needs. I am a nurse and can administer medication of any form (and no charge!). Though I have overall less experience with cats, I do love them, too! I had cats from before I was born until college graduation, so they have been a consistent presence in my life. I do admittedly have less experience caring for them as an adult but am definitely looking forward to changing that! While my care is mainly focused on drop ins and walks, I do offer some other services! HOUSE SITTING: Do you want your pet to have more than the traditional three drop ins a day? Are they OK alone overnight but need more daily care? Consider my “house sitting” option! Please note that I will NOT stay overnight during this sit. However, I will spend the majority of my free time there. This is priced as 3.5 30 minute visits, but is actually multiple hours of care time. Bookings will mainly be accepted during weekends, and we will work together to create a scheduling structure you’re comfortable with. Pricing is set with travel and time away from my home and dog in mind. Reach out to see if we can align! BOARDING: Stays over 2 nights will require a trial day! Pups must be house and crate trained, dog friendly, and OK with walks only. They will not be able to sleep in my bed at night. If your request includes a weekday, they need to be able to be crated for a typical workday (depending on my work schedule). I’m able to take pets in my home on a conditional basis—feel free to reach out! I can only accommodate one dog at a time. A note on pricing: my pricing is built to partially compensate the 30% fee that Rover takes from sitters. I’m aware they take from clients as well. It’s important for me to be accessible while also valuing my efforts. If you’d like to discuss pricing specifically or it is a barrier for you, I would happy to speak with you. PS: I really enjoy trying to get good photos of pups, so don’t be surprised if a quick photo shoot is included! MY SCHEDULE: I work part-time as a nurse, so my Rover schedule is built around that. I am free the majority of weekdays before 7:30AM and after 5:30PM. I am also able to do midday services 2-3 weekdays a week—though those change. I am free all day on my weekdays off and weekends. If I am marked as available definitely reach out and let me know your timing needs! I will absolutely respect your home and environment. I will follow any instructions you may have no matter how detailed! I am very flexible, and so can pivot visits indoors if needed for weather safety.
“Paulina was amazing! She was able to come in, grab my pup, and take her on a walk with no issues. She was very communicative. She sent me photos and videos throughout, which gave me so much peace of mind. My dog was a little nervous at first, but Paulina took the time to let her warm up and feel comfortable. I’m a very nervous dachshund mom, but I felt completely at ease knowing my pup was in such good hands. Couldn’t recommend her more! Ipsy definitely has a new bestie that she will be seeing again!”

“Syah is a great sitter! He sends pics and videos of our pup during each visit and makes sure our pup gets the much needed exercise he needs. I highly recommend Syah! ”

About: I’ve been around pets my entire life and have frequently cared for those of my friends and family members, including young pets. Coming from healthcare also gives me unique experience in caring for others and knowing how to manage health complications. My fiance and I have cared for his own cat who requires insulin for diabetes. I am a work from home professional with a log of flexibility within my schedule to support you. My fiance also has a hybrid role. I have experience caring for pets of all shapes and sizes. I am able to walk pets of all sizes and care for them inside the home, whether it is crated or outside a crate. I have also raised pets with access to a backyard and deep pool so am comfortable maintaining pet safety both indoors and outdoors. Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Highland Park
Jacqueline was absolutely amazing with my dog, Messiah. She was very communicative from start to finish, always keeping me updated with messages and photos, which gave me complete peace of mind. She was punctual, organized, professional, and left everything clean and exactly as she found it. Most importantly, she treated Messiah like he was her own. He was happy, well cared for, and clearly received plenty of attention, exercise, and affection while I was away. It’s obvious she genuinely loves animals and takes pride in providing exceptional care. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Jacqueline again, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and caring pet sitter. She exceeded my expectations in every way. 10/10 – Highly recommended!

My little Willow loves her walks with Priscilla! Such a help to know she gives her some outside time and cuddles in the middle of the workday. She is so patient and sweet, and gives a great overview of each walk. I highly recommend Priscilla for any of your pet care needs!!

Skylar is just the best. Heading back into the office for work I needed to find a walker for my boy to break up the days and get him outside. I know Ted enjoys the time with her and I always appreciate the card and photos she takes each time. Your babies are safe in her care!

Dylan as always is our absolute favorite! I always think about how I am so happy that I found him randomly on Rover because he has saved our lives for the past three years. Our pets love him so much and I trust him implicitly to take care of them and do anything that I would do. We love Dylan so much!!!!!

Anna was timely, patient, and caring with our boy Blue! She noticed he was anxious to leave because he has some separation anxiety, so she carried him to the park and he was so excited to be in his element! She knew exactly what to do with an anxious pup. Highly recommend Anna!

Thanks so much, Eboni, for taking such good care of Teddy. He loves being with you, and was always at the door with a happy tail wag waiting for you. I was very impressed at how you were able to manage him, given that he's a big guy (85 lbs, will be two in a few weeks) and very friendly with other dogs and children. I was not surprised when you told me you wanted to base your career on working with dogs. You're a natural, and I'm sure you'll be a great success in that field. We look forward to seeing you again soon. Thank you!

Abbie is fantastic! I have two senior dogs, a German shepherd mix and a Chihuahua mix, both are challenging to walk and Abbie does a great job with both. The other day she helped me get one of my dogs to the vet who was feeling sick. Totally outside of what she is responsible for and I really appreciated the extra help.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
