“Our boy Mickey had so much fun. He was a happy boy when we picked him up from daycare with Jane and was relaxed for 2 days! A tired boy is a good boy ;) Mickey will be spending more time with Jane who sends pictures and puts her 💕 into taking care of Mickey!”

“Gabriella was so wonderful! She sent pictures throughout the day and let me know how Summer was doing, which put me completely at ease. I will definitely be bringing Summer back for playtime!”

“My husband and I were in Dallas for Valentines day and we brought our two dogs for our stay, however we overlooked the details on one of our plans and the time we had to check out of our Air BnB. Tyler was gracious enough to sit both of my dogs in short notice and they had a blast. If we're ever in need of sitting services in Dallas again, we will absolutely be going with Tyler!”

“Genevieve was amazing for taking a last minute drop in request! The communication was great and she sent photos of my babies during the visit. I will definitely rebook whenever I need another service!”

“Kona had a lot of fun at Lori’s and was definitely tired after going home. Also loved that Lori worked on teaching him some better manners. Thank you!!”

“10/10 recommend Kim. Book her now! She updated me frequently throughout the day and sent me pictures of my dog Brownie. My dog has a medical condition that makes him susceptible to infections and she took extra precautions of wiping his paws off after being outside. Brownie had a fun day with Kim and we will be booking with her again. Thank you so much for taking such great care of him 💚”

“Kelsey has been wonderful watching our toy poodle, Roman. She is incredibly sweet, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which gives us a lot of peace of mind when we’re away. Roman is always well cared for, and we really appreciate the attention and kindness she shows him. We’d definitely recommend Kelsey to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter!”

“Very happy to have found such a nice person to take care of Calvin. This is my very first time using Rover and I’m so happy to have such a positive experience. Thank you Veronica!!”

About: Hi! I’m a dedicated dog lover who works from home, which means I’m available throughout the day to give your pup plenty of attention, care, potty breaks, and exercise. Whether your dog is high-energy or prefers a slower pace, I can accommodate their needs. I’m available for 30-minute walks and have experience caring for both puppies and senior dogs. I also have a calm, well-behaved dog who is friendly, non-reactive, and keeps to himself, making him a great companion for visiting pups. As a dog owner myself, I know how important it is to feel confident that your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for while you’re away. That’s why I prioritize great communication and provide regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind knowing your pup is in good hands. I treat every dog like family and strive to provide a safe, loving, and stress-free experience for both pets and their owners. I take care of my own dog so taking care of another one fits right into my schedule. I love taking them on walks or just playing with them. As I mentioned, I work from home and have multiple dog parks within walking distance. I also have experience with all kinds of dogs, whether they’re old, hyper, or lazy.

“My dog was very happy. Roy sent pictures and updates of my dog throughout the day. My dog was handled with care and love as if he was their own dog. I will be booking again with Roy.”
“Paulina was fantastic! Not only did she take my pup in with less than a days notice, she was super flexible when I ended up working later than planned. I got so many updates and pics, and my pup even made some friends with the other dogs. She was very attentive to my dog and his needs, probably the best sitter to have!”

About: I have over 3 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. I recently relocated to Dallas after volunteering with Austin Pets Alive, where I walked dogs regularly and fostered several rescue pups, helping them adjust to home environments and prepare for adoption. I grew up with dogs and currently have a friendly 5-year-old rescue of my own, so I’m confident handling everything from high-energy dogs to more shy or senior pets. I offer boarding, house sitting, drop-ins, walks, and doggy daycare, and I always tailor care to each dog’s needs. I only take one dog or one dog family at a time so I can provide full attention, consistency, and a calm environment. Pet care fits very naturally into my routine since I am available most of the time and currently have a very flexible schedule. My husband works every other week, so my exact availability can vary slightly week to week. For the most accurate schedule, please check my calendar. I’m able to accommodate walks, drop-ins, boarding, and extended stays depending on availability. I only take one dog or one dog family at a time so I can provide full attention and individualized care. In my home, pets are treated like family and are always supervised when not resting. I create a calm, clean, and safe environment where dogs can feel comfortable and settled. I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, exercise needs, and any special instructions or medications. I live in an apartment with access to a gated dog park, and I always ensure dogs are leashed and secure when outside of the home or dog park area. I also take introductions to other dogs seriously and only allow social interaction if it is appropriate for your dog’s temperament and comfort level. I only take one dog or one dog family at a time, which allows me to give full attention, consistent care, and a calm environment without the stress of multiple unfamiliar pets. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect your space fully and follow all instructions exactly as provided. I prioritize clear communication, quick responses, and regular updates with photos so you always know how your pet is doing.
“Shuai is absolutely amazing! His care for my fur baby gives me the time to focus on my in office days. Leaving her with anyone in general is always hard for me, but he makes it easy and anxiety free- knowing she’s in protective hands. He’s beyond responsive and reliable. Highly recommend.”

About: I have had & dog sat multiple dogs of all sizes for my entire life in addition to regular foster & volunteer work! Helping animals is a passion of mine and I will make sure your baby gets the best care and attention while you're away. I've fostered multiple dogs with DAS and adopted my last foster, Josie (the first dog photographed). She is a 50lb ~2yr old pup that loves to play and will keep your dog occupied! Prepare to have storage on your phone, because you'll be getting lots of photos of our adventures. I typically always have someone home during the day and recently moved to a townhome with a yard for play space and easy potty breaks. I always walk my pups in the morning and evening with a mid-day potty break when necessary. Knowing how important routine is, let me know how YOU care for your dog so we can mimic the same routine to maximize their comfort! My dog, Josie, is in her crate when I am away and at night, but this is not a requirement for other dogs in our home!
“This was my first time booking with Megan, and she was absolutely wonderful. She took great care of Rocky and made me feel completely at ease. She kept me informed, and Rocky looked happy and relaxed the whole time. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the dogs she watches. I’ll definitely book with her again!”

About: I have experience with puppies to adults. This experience includes potty training, house transport teaching new tricks, going for walks, playing fetch and administrating medication. As well as basic experience with cats. I’m available any day of the week from mornings to evenings. Temporarily only available weekends until June. I’m also available for most holidays. I will ensure that the rules you have in place for your pet and your home are followed. Building trust is important for you, your pet and myself.

Highland Park dog parents share their Rover experiences
Kelsey has been wonderful watching our toy poodle, Roman. She is incredibly sweet, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which gives us a lot of peace of mind when we’re away. Roman is always well cared for, and we really appreciate the attention and kindness she shows him. We’d definitely recommend Kelsey to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter!

I had an excellent experience with Taylor! He was flexible with my schedule, communicated promptly, and made sure to send updates with photos throughout the day. My dog can be hesitant and fearful, but Taylor (and his dog, Cooper) were patient and understanding. I had full confidence that my dog was in good hands and I plan to use Taylor in the near future!

This was my first time booking with Megan, and she was absolutely wonderful. She took great care of Rocky and made me feel completely at ease. She kept me informed, and Rocky looked happy and relaxed the whole time. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the dogs she watches. I’ll definitely book with her again!

We had a great experience with Julia! She was able to take Miles last minute for day care and was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout the entire process. When we picked him up, he was very calm and it was easy to tell he felt comfortable and well cared for. We really appreciate Julia’s flexibility and would absolutely trust her with Miles again!

Kim = GEM. Our prior sitter is moving out of state and I was REALLY stressed about having to find someone new that met my standards (which is a LOT). We found Kim. I have a humongous weight off my shoulders. She is incredibly friendly, detailed and thorough and the level of attention she pays towards her dog-sitting role is 10/10!

Dylan is hands down the best sitter we have ever used!! This week he was sitting for our pup during the day and when we missed our flight late at night, Dylan didn’t hesitate to let our pup stay with him overnight and even went to our apartment to grab her food to make sure she had it in the morning :). The best part was I had no doubt he would do all of that! We felt so bad with a last minute change of plans and he could not have been nicer about everything and made us feel so calm during a stressful night. He continued to send updates and took the best care of our sweet girl. I can’t recommend him enough and he deserves 1000 stars!

Tyler was a phenomenal host for our little Honey while we were in Dallas! He took great care of her, sent lots of pictures throughout the day, he was flexible with the drop off and pick up times, and he made our family feel completely at-ease with being away from her! Highly recommend using Tyler for your dog-sitting needs!
