Missing our own dogs
Opal, the last of our own dogs went across the rainbow bridge last year. Missing her and the other 2 black labs we've had for the past 30 or so years. We know how hard it is to find somewhere to leave them whenever went out of town - so we'd like to get to know yours and give them some TLC while you are away. We've taken in our friends dogs when they go on vacations - small or large they bring their own unique personalities. Word gets out and so now I house and dog sit, pay house calls for other families while their owners are away. Michael is retired and I work part time, so there is always one of us at home at all times, so they'll have company ... oh and there are loads of squirrels to chase in the garden.

Great as always
Buck did great staying with Debbie! We appreciate her so much. Our dog has high separation anxiety when we travel, and we have had some poor experiences with him coming home traumatized from being boarded. So for our travels this year, we wanted to try a pet sitter who would let Buck come stay in their home and be 1:1 with the sitter without any other pets. Debbie was the perfect answer to our prayers. We did a meet and greet where we brought Buck to her house for a visit, then did a trial night pet sitting before we boarded him for our trip. She sent updates and pictures throughout our time away, and he came home much more calm and relaxed than ever before. Thank you, Debbie!
