“Kristen is a dream and so very caring & thoughtful. She learnt that it was Zara's birthday and made it super memorable for her. Zara has never come back happier from a boarding facility in 8 years!”

About: I have been in the industry of caregiving for pets for 15 years professionally, hobby And personally. I love working with animals and learning there personality traits. I believe that they are children with 4 paws and that is how they are treated. I am also an experienced trainer and believe that every baby learns differently so I am open-minded as well. Right now I am currently working weekends at a animal facility. So that free's up my week . While everyone is at work I can take care of your puppies. I am superb at kennel training and leash training also with commands. I will follow House Rules and expectations. And will be respectful of your baby and your home.
“I left my 4 month old puppy Harper with Robin and Harry and couldn’t have found a more loving couple to look after her. From the moment Harper met them, she was immediately comfortable and “at home” with them. Throughout her stay, I received regular updates and pictures and felt totally at ease knowing Harper was being loved and well cared for. For anyone who wants peace of mind when leaving their pet, Harry and Robin are the ideal choice.”

“Mrs Kamaleswari V dog sit Mr Beethovan for me within a few days notification. Plus, she did a meet and greet prior to the actual date scheduled. I really appreciate her accepting the offer with a short notice. She welcomed him with open arms and he loved every minute of it. Pet parents share their Rover experiences - The Colony
We were delighted with the care Manda and family gave to our dog Daisy when my husband had a hospital stay. They were so loving and this meant I had nothing additional to worry about. We will definitely be repeat clients. For my neighbors, they are only about 8 minutes from Frisco Lakes.

Allison was fantastic with our 5-month-old puppy! She accepted our booking on short notice and did an amazing job accommodating her frequent playtime, potty breaks, and antibiotics. She was very communicative, sending regular updates and photos without us even having to ask. Allison was thorough in learning our puppy’s schedule and needs, and it was obvious how loving and attentive she was throughout the stay. We felt completely at ease knowing our puppy was in such great hands and would absolutely book with her again!

Brittani is an angel! I'm recovering from an ankle injury and had to board Niko while my daughter was out of town. I can tell that my sweet boy was loved on! It was so hard to be away from him but Brittani and her family made Niko right at home, and made me completely comfortable during his stay. Niko kept his schedule, and I suspect he got just as many belly rubs as he does at home. Highly recommended!

She took amazing care of my dog even though it was only for one day. I felt completely at ease during my trip because she kept me updated with lots of photos and messages. It was so comforting to see how much love and attention my dog was getting. I would absolutely book with her again in the future. Thank you so much!❤️

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in TX ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
