“Jonathan and Cinthya were so flexible and easy to work with. We’ve used Rover many times and we’ve never gotten this many photos and videos of our girls. It was really nice to be away and receive updates the whole time. They were also responsible enough to do a meet and greet to make sure all of our pups got a long together. Drop off and pickup were very simple and easy! It is also nice as we were flying out of Provo for the weekend and their house is only about 5 minutes away from the Provo airport. Will definitely be using them again!!”

“Kimberly was great with my two cats. I needed a last minute sitter when my family member got very sick right before my trip and was unable to watch them. I felt comfortable and reassured that they were happy and safe the whole time I was gone and was able to enjoy my vacation without worrying about my babies. She gave me an update every day and really understands cats behavior and what it takes for them to feel safe. I will definitely be booking with her again. This was hands-down the best experience I’ve had with a rover. Her own pets are great too.”

“Kim and Jon were excellent with Tyson when I was gone. They went the extra mile to make him feel comfortable and at home. At times, Tyson can be a lot to handle, but they did great. He had a hard time eating at first, but they took their time and sought advice to make sure they were doing everything they could so that Tyson was well taken care of. it was nice to go on a 4 day vacation knowing my dog was gonna be well taken care of”
