Sienna is the best! My pup is a nervous gal, but as soon as she met Sienna she warmed up so quick and gave her tons of kisses! Sienna follows my care instructions and is super sweet. Harley and Sienna have been playing at the park together and becoming best friends :) Sienna is my new go to.

Lena was super helpful and did an amazing job with my pup, and even though my pup was being uncooperative, she still made an effort to go back and take care of him after receiving additional instruction. She went above and beyond and I recommend her for anyone wanting special care for their pup.

About: I’ve dog sat for a few years now, mostly for people I knew back home. I’d get a dog but my apartment doesn’t allow them I’m working and in school part-time. I can stay overnight, as well as come back during the day when I have free time between school/work I can’t watch dogs at my home, but I’m more than willing to help you care for yours when you are unable to be home

About: I grew up with a Shiz tzu puppy for four years, and loved playing with and caring for him. I treat pets like they're my own family, like my puppy was! I also have taken care of cats in this way growing up, so I can care for them as well! I am pretty open as far as days I can walk or pet sit. I live in an apartment, so it's not particularly spacious. Therefore, I can only take up to 2 pets at a time. I can clean up accidents as well! I can walk, drop in on and even tend your pet in either my place or yours. However, I can only do these services for pets in the Provo/Orem area , as I don't have a car. I aIso prefer to take potty trained pets, but can clean up after them if/as needed! I live in an apartment, but there are great places to walk around my place. I will always have your pet on a leash when outside, and where I live is quite safe.

About: I have over 7 years caring for dogs. I’ve had multiple dogs of my own and have fostered for a local rescue here in Utah. I’ve cared for senior dogs, dogs with illnesses like cancer and puppies. I currently have 1 dog of my own (Chomper), who was a foster fail. I’ve always treated my dogs like my children and will do the same for your pups. I currently work from home most days (besides Wednesday), so I am home the majority of the time. During the day, your dogs will get play time and walks. We live in a townhome with a doggy door and tall fences in the back, so your dogs can go outside whenever they'd like. My husband and I are home a lot on the weekends and spend a large amount of time with the dogs. Safety always comes first for me for any pups. By working from home, it allows me to keep a close eye on the dogs. From my experience with multiple dogs and fostering, I’ve learned what body language to watch out for and what items to keep away. The fences in the back area of our townhome are close to 6 feet, which helps keep dogs secure while enjoying outside.

About: What sets me apart is the amount of time, attention and companionship your dog will receive while in my care. I've spent more than 25 years around dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments, and I've trained several of my own. This experience helps me understand different personalities and adapt to each dog's unique needs. I work from home, so dogs in my care are rarely left alone and receive plenty of supervision throughout the day. To ensure every pet gets the attention they deserve, I only accept a limited number of dogs at a time. This allows me to provide a more personalized experience and helps each dog feel comfortable, safe and at home. Whether your dog loves to be active or prefers a quieter environment, I tailor their stay to fit their needs. I enjoy taking dogs on walks, play time in the yard, and visiting the dog park for dogs that are social and enjoy that environment. My home is filled with love, attention, and plenty of opportunities for play, cuddles, and companionship. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine since I'm already caring for my own dog. I am a stay at home mom, so your dog will have plenty of supervision, attention, and companionship throughout the day—not long hours alone. I have a dog of my own and make exercise and enrichment a priority, whether that's trips to the dog park, walks around the neighborhood, playtime in our fenced yard, or one-on-one activities tailored to your dog's personality and comfort level. Because I'm always home and have a flexible schedule, I'm able to accommodate a variety of drop-off and pick-up times. My goal is to make your dog feel safe, loved, and part of the family while you're away. I like to care for every pet as if they were my own while making sure to follow their owner's routine and preferences as close as possible. I prioritize safety, affection and plenty of stimulation. I follow a normal 2x a day feeding schedule, provide regular potty breaks, daily exercise/playtime and a comfortable place to relax. I can also administer oral medication if needed. I pay close attention to each dog's personality and energy level so they feel comfortable and stress-free during their stay.

About: **Disclaimer: 100% of my clients get photos. My profile percentage is incorrect. Sometimes my clients get their photos via Google Drive because I take SO MANY and it’s much easier to upload there.** Hello! My name is Kelsey and I’m excited to get to know you and your fur babies! I, myself, have two doggies of my own. A sweetheart of a German Shepherd and one high maintenance Cocker Spaniel. They are my not just dogs, but a major part of our family. I fall in love with every dog I meet and my goal is to be your preferred sitter because I want to build a relationship with your pups (and you) so that they feel comfortable during their time with me! Plus then I get to see them regularly. :) I have a lot of experience with dogs. I am a certified pet groomer which I do not practice anymore but I am hoping to one day switch gears and become a professional dog trainer and hope to one day train service dogs. A little background on me——> I am 34 years old and have been obsessed with dogs and animals for as long as I can remember. I’ve been bit by several dogs (mostly due to grooming and training) and yet, I haven’t ever hated a dog. I am a very organized person who loves meeting new people (and pups!). This passion came from growing up on a farm. I have been taking care of many different types of animals since before I can remember. My mother also bred a couple different types of dog breeds growing up. There was never a moment without a dog or some type of animal that I had to look after. Booking with me —-> My promise and guarantee is that you will not be disappointed in choosing me to look after your pet because your pup deserves to be treated like royalty and that’s a goal that I have been able to achieve every time with ease. Can’t wait to meet your best friend!! (No pressure but if interested, ask me about my grooming or house cleaning services.) -Kelsey Pets are like children, therefore part of the family. Because of this, they’re top priority. I make sure they’re fed, sheltered, get love, have fresh water, and as many potty breaks and exercise that they need! Your pets will get lots of love and attention! I also like to try and maintain behaviors so any commands, hand signals, rules… etc., is something I’d like to know in order to keep up the routine(s).

About: As a passionate and experienced dog lover, I am the perfect choice to take care of your furry companion! I have a deep understanding of canine behavior and needs, I am dedicated to ensuring the well-being and happiness of every pet in my care. I prioritize safety, positive reinforcement and lots of belly rubs. With me, you can have peace of mind knowing that your four-legged friend is in good hands and I will be sure to send lots of photos! I work from home so I have a very flexible schedule. I don't have a regular 9-5 therefore I can check in or walk your pup during the day. I sadly don't have a fenced backyard however I'm happy to stay in your home and take care of your pup there! That way they can feel more comfortable.

  • 92% of walkers can help with special care needs
  • 96% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 98% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
