“My puppy dog is a bit reactive, and I decided to go with Harmony because it sound like they had some experience with reactive pups. They did so well with my little one! It took 3 days of them sitting on my floor of my living room making friends with my Pokey before they became friends, and their patience was so well appreciated!”

About: I grew up around many dogs in my neighborhood including my own childhood dog. They were all different and had their own unique needs. Being able to take care of so many different dogs is a huge blessing since it helps me understand a variety of problems and solutions. My dog was a shihtzu so i understand many dogs health issues and how to take car of them. I'm working part time at DreamWalk park in Orem. I am very flexible but make sure your pet is ok with being alone for 4-6 hours a day. I make sure I stick to the routine and the plan that the parents wants me to follow. I want to ensure the pet has a good time. This is not my pet and not my home, so respect for others fur babies and their private living space is priority.

About: Hi! I'm Jayda, and I've never known life without animals. If you ask anyone around me, they'll tell you I'm usually the one sitting on the floor making friends with furry friends. I have over 15 years of experience caring for dogs and cats of all sizes and personalities. I've taken care of energetic puppies to senior dogs. I have experience with giving medications, catering to special routines, and giving a little extra patience when needed. My own pets have taught me that every pet is different. I love getting to know each pet's personality and making sure they feel safe and loved while their family is away. I know how hard it is to trust someone else with your best friend because I'd want the exact same reassurance. I'll keep you updated with photos, messages, and plenty of details so you never have to wonder how your pet is doing. I work part-time while enrolled in college, so my schedule is flexible enough to love on your companions. Whether your pet needs an early morning walk, a midday check-in, or an evening adventure, I'm happy to work with you to keep them on the routine they're used to. As someone who has had furry companions my entire life, I know trusting someone with the care of your pet isn't a small decision. I will follow your care instructions closely, respect your home, and make sure your pet gets plenty of love and attention while you're away. You will always receive photo updates and detailed check-ins!
About: I have been around pets my entire life! Mainly owning dogs, but have taken care of both cats and dogs for friends and neighbors. I will treat your dog as my own and have fun along the way! I work remote most of the time, so able to fit your dogs needs, and more available in the early afternoons/evenings and the weekends. My wife and I are in a small apartment, so most of the care would be in the pet's home and I will follow whatever instructions to best take care of your pet and respect your home. I like going on walks, runs, throwing a ball and most other things to make your pet feel comfortable!
About: I have always been surrounded by and lived with pets, especially dogs. I grew up with 3 dogs. Animals always love me! I am currently working part-time and I am available for boarding on weekdays from 2 pm- 8am. I will walk your pup anytime during the weekdays and some weekends as well!! I have a yard outside my house. It is not fenced, so I will have to keep them on the leash, unless otherwise noted. I also live with a GoldenDoodle, if your dog loves the company. I’m currently off for the summer and I would love to play with your pet! I am free all day, which gives me more time with your pet! I have an unfenced yard outside the back of my house. People walk their dogs out there often, it is a nice place to roam and get outside.
About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and have spent the past eight years caring for them more independently, including previously fostering a rescue dog. I’m comfortable with puppies, rescues, large breeds, energetic dogs, reactivity, and giving oral medication. I currently offer walks and drop-in visits only, as I’m not able to provide boarding or care for pets in my home. I genuinely love getting to know each dog’s personality and routine, and I’ll always do my best to make them feel safe, happy, and cared for! I recently moved back to Utah, so my schedule is currently very flexible outside of the dates and times marked unavailable on my calendar. I already enjoy taking long walks most days, and Rover felt like a perfect way to combine that with my love for dogs. I’m happy to accommodate regular walks, drop-ins, and different routines whenever my availability allows :) I know I’m not just caring for a dog. I’m caring for a member of your family. I’ll make sure they’re safe, comfortable, well loved, and treated with the same attention and care I’d want someone to give my own dog!

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was very young, including watching neighbors dogs while they were away. More recently during my first year of college I walked two borzois a few times a week during the summer. I also stayed overnight taking care of a friend’s lab for an entire week. I am currently not working as I just applied to physician assistant programs, and am waiting to hear back. I am available every day of the week, but most likely not weekends. I have a car so I am able to transport your pets if needed. I am willing to drive to client’s homes to care for pets since I unfortunately am not allowed pets in my apartment.
“Kyle was great. He arrived as expected and Chip came back happy as can be from his walk. I would definitely use him again. Don't hesitate to contact Kyle if you need help with your dog.”

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
