I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have cared for all kinds of dogs over the years. I’m comfortable with puppies, older dogs, high-energy dogs, and dogs that are a little more laid back. I really enjoy getting to know each dog’s personality and what makes them feel comfortable and happy. Whether I’m taking them for a walk or stopping in for a visit, I want them to feel safe, cared for, and excited to see me. I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog in someone else’s care, whether I’m stopping by your home or taking them out for a walk. I take that responsibility seriously and always pay attention to your dog and what’s going on around us. I’ll always follow your instructions, stick to their normal routine, show up when expected, and make sure they’re well cared for. I also take photos and text you updates during every visit or walk, so you know how your dog is doing and how everything went.

Safety, trust & environment
I know that trusting someone with your pet also means trusting them with their safety and your home, and I take that seriously. I’m careful when entering and leaving your home and always make sure doors, gates, leashes, and harnesses are secure before we go anywhere. When we’re out for a walk, my attention stays on your dog and what’s happening around us. I’m mindful of traffic, other animals, the weather, and anything that could make your dog uncomfortable or unsafe. I also adjust every walk to the individual dog. Some dogs want a good, energetic walk while others are happier taking their time and sniffing along the way. For drop-in visits, I follow your instructions and your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. Before leaving, I make sure your pet has everything they need and that your home is secure and left the way I found it. You’ll always receive photos and an update during every walk or visit, so you never have to wonder how things went. If I ever notice anything unusual with your pet, I’ll let you know right away.

Lauren was so amazing and patient with my pup! She communicated so well with me and I was so glad to have a walker willing to take their time when my dog was giving her a hard time at the beginning:) I would recommend her for any of your pet’s needs!
Lauren has helped me out countless amount of times with my two dogs (Golden Retriever & Black Labrador). She has taken them for great long walks, play time at the park, and even swimming at the beach! Lauren follows directions very well, I have never felt un heard or dismissed with my directions and or concerns when talking with Lauren. She has even given me great recommendations on healthy dog treats that my two now love! I have a lot of respect and trust with Lauren, as well as my fur babies Maverick and Autumn!!
Lauren took great care of my very high strung GoldenDoodle, Cappy while I was away for the weekend. He can be a handful and she was great with him. Kept him on the schedule I requested and treated him like her own. I could not recommend her more!
I have two cats and a dog and Lauren has taken excellent and loving care of them on work days and vacation. She loves them and they love her. The dog especially gets excited when she sees her.She is very responsible and I would recommend her to anyone.
Lauren is great. You can tell her love for animals by how kind she is. I used to have a pit bull and she was so good with her. She followed all my notes on how to take care of her and walk her. I highly recommend Lauren.
Lauren is actually the best. I really don’t know what I would do without her. She takes both my dogs out every day and they are always slumped when they come back home. They get so excited and wiggle so much when it’s time to go out with her. I am so thankful to have Lauren in my life.

Schedule
I work from home and make my own schedule, which gives me a lot of flexibility for walks and drop-in visits throughout the day. I can usually work around your pet’s normal routine, whether they need a morning walk, a midday check-in, or some company later in the day. Having a flexible schedule also allows me to give each visit the time and attention it deserves instead of rushing from one thing to the next.
