“Very happy with Grace and Lance. They were able to come play with our dog with very little notice and flexible with a willing attitude. Even noticed the water needed filling and took care of that!”

“Anna does a great job of taking care of my cat, Tater, who is super shy, but she’s gotten him to warm up to her! Came home, and the house looked perfect, clean litter box, full food and water bowls, and a happy cat!”

“Brittany does recurring drop-in visits with me 3 times per week. She is very conscientious and has great follow-through. I can count on her to always show up, care for my beloved dog, and give me great pictures and a report of what they did. When she can't come to a scheduled visit, she lets me know well in advance. In short, Brittany really cares and she shows it in love for my dog, but more than that, through her reliability and communication.”

About: I have several years of hands-on experience caring for a wide range of animals, among those of course being dogs and cats. My background includes pet sitting, dog walking, feeding, grooming, administering medication, and providing companionship. I'm comfortable working with pets of all ages and temperaments. I am currently a medical student who loves animals, most of my time is spent studying just about anywhere so I'm pretty flexible when it comes to scheduling. I love playing in the yard with my dog or just taking him for a walk to let him explore new smells. Car rides for a pup cup are also super fun! With older dogs I really enjoy just sitting outside with them and sunbathing because I have found my older dog really enjoys that.
“Cheri was fantastic and took great care of Zoey, sent regular photo and video updates as well as descriptions of the visit and if she ate or went to the bathroom. Would definitely recommend Cheri, I know I’ll call upon her again for sure.”

About: I have a family dog and have had her for years, as well as two of my own pet ferrets I take care of every day. I have lots of experience in pet care, and have walked dogs before, as well as checked on pets of family friends such as dogs and cats. I’m hoping to save up for college this upcoming fall, and what better way to save up then by taking care of animals I love! I’m currently only working part time jobs, so I have lots of free time to look after your pets! I’m recently graduated from high school and planning to go to college, so my availability has increased a lot more. There are lots of parks nearby where I live, so I can take your dog there to play and explore! Or if you prefer calming walks just for the exercise, I can provide that too. If you have toys and treats accessible in your home, I can play with your dog indoor too.
“Sarah was so amazing. Our lil buddy had a health scare recently so we were extra nervous to be away. Sarah was extra mindful in her notes, Walter loved her, and we were able to have piece of mind the whole weekend. THANK YOU! :)”

“My puppy Poppet is super skeptical of new people, but Kadyn was super patient and calm with her, and she warmed right up to Kadyn after a bit. She was absolutely amazing with my puppy and I would definitely recommend her to anyone.”

About: I love spending time with animals! For years, I've cared for the pets of family, friends, and neighbors, gaining experience with a variety of personalities and routines. From active poodles to quiet cats, I've learned to adapt to each animal's unique needs, whether that means long walks and play-time, sticking closely to meal and medicine schedules, or simply providing calm companionship. Also, I grew up with an English Shorthaired Pointer and have first-hand experience with all aspects of responsible pet ownership. I am a full time graduate student, so I’m most available in the evenings and on weekends. However, I am happy to make an effort to work with your timing to fulfill your pet’s care needs. Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities! My current housing doesn't allow me to host pets, but I am more than happy to provide care through house sitting, drop-in visits, and walks. When caring for your pet, I am detail-oriented, attentive, and thorough. I follow all instructions closely to maintain routine and ensure their well-being. I can adhere to timely feeding schedules, administer medication, and reinforce training. I know that each pet and household is unique, so I am flexible in providing the care that best suits your circumstances. I respect your home and pet as if they were my own and prioritize clear communication to ensure that your needs and wants are met. I can provide updates and photos as often as desired so you can feel confident that your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for!
“Kristen was so quick with responding to my last minute request. She went above and beyond! Great communication throughout. Thank you so much for taking care of William and we hope to see you again!”

About: My family started a dog rescue, This One Starfish, and we've fostered dozens of dogs over the years in our home in Texas. We have Pomeranians and a Lab-Pit mix. I miss having pets around, and I am excited to meet yours! 💗 (Also I know my rates look super high - if you have more than one dog or cat, I can definitely bring down the additional fees. Ideally I'd charge $75 flat or less if it means I get to hold a puppy... but Rover won't let me price like that haha) I have class every weekday morning, but other than that, I am super flexible! I can usually work around your schedule even if you have last minute plans. I'll carve time to do whatever you tell me your pet would enjoy, and we will avoid situations that you think will be dangerous. I love to clean too, so let me know what spots need scrubbing!

Provo cat parents share their Rover experiences
We absolutely love Becky! She visited our cat every day for over 2 weeks while we were out of town. She was very communicative, left great feedback, and sent pics. She took initiative to add litter to our litter robot and checked on our auto food/water dispensers without prompting. We trust her fully and 100% recommend her!

I love Mallory so much! She has taken care of Kitty for 2 vacations and each time she has sent pictures of clean litter boxes which is so comforting, pictures of her petting Kitty, playing with Kitty and feeding and giving Kitty treats as well as pictures of water. I get updates of check in and check out times as well. Mallory has my contact information in case of an emergency. There hasn't been any. She is a cat person herself and she is simply lovely. I cannot recommend her enough!

Kadyn did a wonderful job. My brother experienced an unexpected medical problem. He was hospitalized for several weeks. We hired Kadyn to care for his three cats. We are so grateful for her quick response to our need. She was reliable and did several things for my brother beyond her cat care responsibilities. I would definitely recommend her as a pet sitter.
