“Cinthya and her family took wonderful care of our Bailey!! They sent regular videos, pictures and updates about her while we were gone. It’s obvious she had love, attention and exercise everyday! I will definitely be bringing Bailey back to Cynthia when we need a dog sitter again!! Highly recommended!”

“Chelsea is the best Rover mom ever! She truly cares about the dogs she watches. She takes extremely good care of them and sends updates and lots of pictures daily. My dog Gus had so much fun at her house and with her dogs. Gus seemed a little sad to leave. I highly recommend using her when you have to leave your pups behind !”

“Hands down, Hailey was the best dog sitter we have ever had the privilege of watching our dog Dasher. I was hesitant to use Rover, as I usually use friends and neighbors, but we were in the middle of an overseas move and needed someone and Hailey was heaven sent! She sent us adorable updates even before I reached out to her and sent Dasher home (on the airplane) with a doggy bag. I would recommend Hailey to anyone who wants their furry family member watched in a loving home with the world’s best dog sitter! Thank you, Hailey!!”

“Cheri was absolutely amazing. We have a pretty high energy pup, and Cheri was the perfect fit with her sweet lab Pixie! They were best friends and kept each other entertained. Cheri also sent so many pictures and videos updated us and helping us have a peace of mind. She always responded super quick and was willing to be flexible. 10/10 recommend!!”

“Dana and Jack took great care of Milo while we were away. They took him on walks, gave him lots of attention, and he came home happy and well cared for. It gave us peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. We would definitely have them watch Milo again!”

“Marsha was great! She really made us feel comfortable leaving our puppy. She kept us updated throughout the stay and we really easy to communicate with and quick to reply for drop offs and pick ups.”

“Jeannie and Jeff and their two beautiful twins always make sure Louie feels happy and cared about. They give him special walks and lots of cuddles and he even gets to spend time in their beds. I couldn’t be happier nor more grateful for them There are not enough stars in the rating for me to give them”

“Adelaine was outstanding. Gave regular updates on our pup and has a sweet little dog that kept our pup happy and entertained. Very easy/smooth pick up/drop off process.”

“I don’t think my dog wanted to come home after spending the weekend 😂 he loves adventure and fetch and based off of the pictures she sent while Boone was in her care, he had a blast. We will definitely be using Stephanie again!”

“I never worried for one second while I was away and my babies were with Kassidee. They were loved and well taken care of. She was very mindful about introducing my dogs to hers when I dropped them off and everyone got along great! Her pups and kids are sweet as they come. She sent daily updates and photos. My dogs were happy when I came to get them and I could tell they were loved while I was gone. Her yard is secure and I didn't have to worry about my escape artist getting free. I would book with her again and you should too!”

“Our pups were in great hands with Nicole, James and their kids. They had great communication, were accommodating, and our pups came home clean, well loved, and exhausted! We will definitely be using them again. Thank you!”

“Darlena is the only dog sitter for us! She did a wonderful job this trip with our senior and young pup. We always know they’re safe, happy, and tuckered out! Thank you! 🩷🐾”

“Jessica was so wonderful! Edgar, my golden retriever, had a lovely stay at her home, and was so well taken care of. Jessica shared photos and updates of him during his stay, and it was so reassuring to know he was in such caring hands. I would recommend Jessica for anyone needing a sitter! I definitely plan on being a repeat customer.”

“Heather was such a fantastic sitter. She was so great at communicating and keeping a careful watch on a little cut Jerry has that I was worried about. Cannot recommend her enough!”

Stephanie is an absolute gem! While we were out of town, she sent us daily photos and updates that gave us such peace of mind — we always knew our pet was happy, safe, and in great hands. It's rare to find someone so thoughtful and communicative. We would rebook with Stephanie over and over again without hesitation. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter they can truly trust!
This was the first time I had to leave my Daisy since getting her so I was nervous. Amy and her family were incredible. Daisy was loved everyday and looked so happy in every photo. She got sick on one of the days and Amy took such great care of her! It gave me a sense of ease that Daisy was being looked after by caring people! On the car ride home, Daisy glared at me haha I couldn’t tell if she was pissed that I left her for a week or I took her away from all the fun she was having haha (gotta love the corgi attitude) haha.

Brandon was amazing with our dog! He asked very thorough questions about her and how best to take care of her and sent tons of pictures and videos to us. We could tell every time he sent one how happy she was. He definitely went above and beyond to provide the best possible care for her.

Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in UT ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
