“Brecken was amazing with our dog! She is definitely comfortable with dogs, sent us periodic updates, and loved him like her own. He was well cared for while we were out of town!”

“We were so nervous leaving our puppy for so many days, but Chelsea and her husband treated Blue like one of their own dogs. I loved all the cute daily updates and pics we received and it was so obvious how much fun our puppy had there. Would gladly book with her again.”

“We were so grateful to Dana and Jack and their wonderful care for our dog! Our dog struggles with intense separation anxiety, but they were so good to work with us and ensure all her special needs would be met. You should definitely have them watch your fluffy friend (just don’t book them whenever we need them;)”

“Jed and Nyla were awesome with my dog, Rosie. They have a cute dog named Annie, that was so fun and playful with Rosie. They have a fenced backyard and took her for walks. They were cautious when the temperature was over 100 degrees outside. We will definitely use them again.”

“All went as planned. We were a last minute booking and Hailey was so kind about it. It was very comforting to know Charlie was in a home and not cooped up in a kennel. Thank you Hailey and family!!”

“Cynthia and Jonathan are always so amazing when it comes to caring for our pup. It’s always reassuring to see all the pictures and videos they send and to see she’s having so much fun ! We are always at ease when it comes to leaving Donut with them 😊”

“Cheri and her husband were great! Our last experience with rover left us feeling like our dog would never be happy staying at another person’s house other than our own…with our previous experience, our dog didn’t eat for two days—Cheri had Murphy eating in 30 minutes. Hands down will be using them for future trips!”

“Very nice and cute family! They took really good care of our pup. Coco had a blast playing with their dogs and young children. Jennie sent me lots of pictures and updates. Highly recommend!”

“Clayton and Aubrey were phenomenal!! Their whole family loved on our dogs. They played with them and took such good care of them. We got several pictures and videos throughout the week and they were very responsive. Their big backyard was great for the dogs to get out and run around. Highly recommend them! Thank you so much for your care!”

“Ann took such good care of our pup! He is a really nervous dog but he warmed right up to her. She was great about communication and sending us updates multiple times a day. I would leave our dog with her again for sure!”

“Great communication and made our dog part of her family for a couple days. Based on the overall experience I could tell our dog was loved while we were away. Great experience”

“Adelaine did a great job watching our dog for almost a week. She kept him happy and healthy. She and sent regular updates with photos. She was reliable and professional. Highly recommend!”

“Lisa and her family were so accommodating with us and our crazy schedule. She sent us pics everyday of our pup and he seemed so happy to be there playing with the kids and their own pup. We will definitely be using her again!”

“Our dogs were in the best hands while we were gone! Video updates of our dogs were sent to us and our dogs had the best time! Very accommodating to each dogs needs. Thank you!”

“They were so good to my 9 week old puppy. They sent pictures everyday so I knew how he was doing. Great communication. Loving family. Their cute boxer was like a momma to my little guy. Will schedule with them again and I strongly recommend them.”

“Kim was awesome with our Lab Tommy. She played with him and walked him and even laid out a splash pad for him to play in with her lab. He didn’t want to come home he had it so good at her place! Sent tons of pics and video updates throughout our trip and gave us daily updates on how he was doing. Recommend her highly and will use her again. Cheers!”

Jed and Nyla were awesome with my dog, Rosie. They have a cute dog named Annie, that was so fun and playful with Rosie. They have a fenced backyard and took her for walks. They were cautious when the temperature was over 100 degrees outside. We will definitely use them again.

Kassidee was more than amazing. She was extremely loving and a mother figure for my young dog. Her kids were so gentle and cared about my dogs as well. She was so helpful, sent me updates more than once a day, and could not have been more accommodating. I will 100% use her again, I only have positive things to say ❤️

Saige was awesome with our dog Skye! She sent us frequent updates in the form of pictures or videos so it was easy to see how much Skye was enjoying herself. This was my first time boarding Skye with someone I didn't know since she was a young puppy so I was a little nervous, but Saige was great and so Skye had a great time. Will definitely be bringing her back next time we go out of town!

Super happy with our 1st experience! I was so nervous to leave my baby girl, I wrote Lisa a whole book of instructions, and she was so understanding and informative, sharing such good information to give me peace of mind. My KOA had so much fun, she came out super happy.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
