She was super friendly, communicative, and kept in contact with me the entire time, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. She sent me tons of pictures and videos throughout the stay, and I loved being able to see Chi Chi having fun and playing at the dog park with other dogs. It was honestly really comforting and cute to see her so happy and comfortable. You can truly tell Tess cares about the pets she watches and makes sure they feel safe and loved while they’re with her. I definitely felt like my dog was in good hands the whole time.
