“My dog, Jax, stayed five days and was so well taken care of and loved in Nicole and James' home. Their dog Gus played so well with my dog and they have young kids which my dog loves also. They treated my dog one of their own. I felt very comfortable leaving Jax for that long in their home! We will definitely use them again for our dog sitting needs!”

“This was my first time booking a sitter on Rover and I’m so glad I made the right decision on choosing Sheyla to take care of our Zero. She took great care of Zero and sent me photos of him on his walks and him enjoying belly rubs. We picked up a very happy Zero ? thank you Sheyla!”

“Jenny was great with our girl, Mika! Mika got plenty of exercise and love during her stay with Jenny. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for someone to watch over your fur baby!”

“They took such great care of our dog and we had no worries about him at all on our trip! They sent pictures and videos, and he looked like he had the best time!”
“We absolutely loved having our dog stay with Mary and her family. We had to book a sitter last minute because my wife was going into labor with our first child, and she handled it all perfectly. She provided updates and pictures and even offered to drive him home so I could spend time with the baby. Highly recommend.”

“I found myself in a bit of a quandary with a five month old Cavapoo and two week long trips back to back. I was a bit anxious to try Rover, but I found Jillian and noticed she had repeat sitting jobs and high ratings (5 Stars and has Star Sitter status). I provided her with Wick’s schedule and things to watch out for and she was super attentive, sent me pictures every day, and reported on how he was doing. He made fast friends with her dog - who is also a Cavapoo. You can tell when you walk into her beautiful home that the pets are a priority. I am so glad I found her and highly recommend her. She genuinely cares. I had a successful trip and Wick made new friends. Win win.”

“Jordynn was amazing dog sitter. She took great care of our dog. She sent updates and we know our dog was being loved and taken care of. I would highly recommend her. We definitely will be using her again.”

“Rebecca is such a sweetheart and I could tell our Kody bear loved her so much! If you are looking for boarding and are worried about your pup you should go with Rebecca. She will take your worries away and leave you feeling like your dog gets to go on a mini vacay too ?”
“Niki was amazing and nothing short of it! The dogs got spoiled with lots of outside time and walks. She made it easy and kept updating us as well which is always a great touch. Couldn’t recommend her enough!”

“Jessica was so wonderful! Edgar, my golden retriever, had a lovely stay at her home, and was so well taken care of. Jessica shared photos and updates of him during his stay, and it was so reassuring to know he was in such caring hands. I would recommend Jessica for anyone needing a sitter! I definitely plan on being a repeat customer.”

“Isabella and her family are definitely 5 stars and were so kind and sweet to our dog and loved her as much as we do. We felt very comfortable leaving our dog with her. Isabella’s dog was also very gentle and playful with our dog. We will definitely use Isabella in the future. Highly recommend.”

“Jeff and Anna were awesome with my dog! Great communication, and easy to work with. I love that it was just my dog and their dog! Rose is a great dog, and very friendly. Their house has everything that my dog needs with a backyard and even a kid to play ball with her!”

“Maddie is awesome!!! We have never left our 1 year old Cavapoo Teddy before. He is so attached to us and we’re even more attached to him. She and her whole family treated Teddy like he was their own. Teddie loved her 2 dogs too. Maddie sent me several pictures to us during the 8 days we were gone. We were able to relax on our vacation because we weren’t worried about how Teddy was doing.”

Chantal was amazing with our dog! Dune always comes back so happy and uplifted! We've had him stay a few times with her and every time has been great! She's very nice and easy to work with, we'll be going back to her in the future! ~ For reference, Dune is a 80 pound Bernese Mountain & Golden Retriever mix, who is well behaved, but can get pretty energetic.

Lela was absolutely amazing with Ghosty! He got along so well with her dog, and watching them together was the cutest thing ever. She sent us great updates and adorable pictures throughout the day, which made us feel completely at ease. You could tell Ghosty absolutely loved her! We would definitely trust Lela to watch him again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a loving and reliable sitter! 🤍🐾

Isabella is truly amazing! She’s the only person I completely trust with my fur baby, and that peace of mind means everything to me. From the moment I drop my dog off, I know they’ll be loved and cared for like family. Isabella always keeps me updated with photos and messages, which makes being away so much easier. She’s kind, reliable, attentive, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. I couldn’t ask for a better sitter, and I’m so grateful to have found her. I highly recommend Isabella to anyone looking for someone who will treat their pet with the same care and love they would their own.
Hands down our best experience with Rover! Kristi was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She sent constant updates and adorable pictures throughout our dog’s stay, which gave us so much peace of mind. Knowing Max was being loved and cared for like a true member of the family made our vacation completely stress-free and even more enjoyable. We can’t recommend Kristi enough, she’s a five-star sitter all the way!
I can't say how happy and thankful we are to have found Niki. She takes amazing care of our pups and sends us daily updates and pictures. Our dogs have never been so happy and relaxed during a boarding experience, and from the pictures, it was obvious how enjoyed and spoiled they were. That relieved so much travel stress. Thank you!!

Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in UT ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
