If you’re looking for a loving and fun environment for your furry friend, you’ve found the right place! As an experienced dog owner and lifelong dog lover, I know just how important it is to ensure dogs feel safe, happy, and cared for. My dog, Rumi, has been very well socialized with both dogs and people so she will likely get along with your doggo. As a stay-at-home mom of five kids, we are home most of the day, so your pup will have plenty of company and attention. Our daily routine includes frequent potty breaks—at least five times a day—and regular feeding schedules morning and evening. With a spacious and welcoming home where dogs can play and relax, I ensure every dog in my care feels like part of the family. Whether your dog loves to play, nap, or explore, I’m here to provide them with a safe, fun, and nurturing environment.

Kathryn was great to work with! She was patient with our dog, flexible with our schedule, and communicated with us well. I appreciated that she sent pictures and information while our dog was staying with her. This helped give us a peace of mind.
Thoughtful and caring dog owner. She and her girls love to have guest dogs. They have grass in back, not fenced but does have a leash. They gave him lots of attention and took him for a walks. He was really happy overall when we returned and feel like they did a great job caring for him.
Kathryn was amazing with our dogs. She sent pictures and sent updates on how the dogs were doing. I felt very comfortable with our dogs at her house. I will definitely use Kathryn again.

Schedule
All day every day. I’m a stay at home Mom who homeschools our 5 kids. So your dog definitely needs to be comfortable with small children. The kids will play fetch with the dogs in our fenced backyard.

Safety, trust & environment
We let our dogs roam in certain parts of the house. We have a couple of gates in place to ensure that. The dogs will often be outside playing in our fully-fenced backyard weather permitting. If it’s too cold, we will definitely keep them inside.
Pets
A typical day
Wake up, take dogs out to go potty first thing, feed them, let them back outside to play for maybe 30 minutes. Care for the kids while dogs play, nap, cuddle. Give them dinner at around 6-7 pm. Multiple potty breaks throughout the day.
