“Our need to board our dog was very last minute (we needed to drop him off within an hour of the initial request). He is old and doesn’t like change. Usually when we board him he won’t eat and just looks sad. Jewell sent pictures daily of our happy dog playing outside and said that he ate very well. He came home a happy dog 4 days later. Jewell was very responsive to all communication and we will absolutely use her again!”
