“Hao & Xiaochen are absolutely the best!!!!! I was so scared to leave my dog because I have never left him before. However immediately after I dropped my dog off I knew he was going to be loved and safe. I received pictures and videos every day and that was awesome. I could see how happy my dog was. My dog had lots of fun with the other dogs too! They have such a great set up for the dogs. Wonderful place to take your dog!!! They treated my dog like their own. I can’t thank them enough!!!! Duke has the best time at Shane’s house!! His backyard is paradise for my golden retriever. It’s fully fenced and the grass is so thick and green and Duke loves to fetch the ball and play with Shane’s dog, Copper. And despite already having a golden retriever himself, his house is very tidy and clean. I’m so grateful to have Shane watching Duke while we are away. We keep rebooking him and it gives me so much peace of mind to leave my dog with someone I trust. Duke comes home really happy and content, and I love knowing that Duke is not only in good hands, but he wants to be at Shane’s house. Duke is insanely strong and he’s a big dog and sheds a lot, but that was no problem for Shane. He’s the best!!
Nicole and James were such a delight they took care of my little Milo followed my instructions and my dog actually was very happy and made a lot of new friends I really appreciate them taking care of him and he had a great time meeting new dogs they also sent me many pictures and videos of Milo so I could rest assure that he was okay everything went well I would recommend Nicole and James to anybody in the future they are such good people
Our Lucy (8 y/o doodle) loved Melanie and her pup and her family! Communication was great, and it was also nice to know our pup was in such a kind, family home with a friendly dog to play with, too! Our dog absolutley loved it and we will use Melanie in the future. Thanks to her whole family for the love and care they gave our Lucy!
Katie was amazing at dealing with a really crazy set of circumstances surrounding our pup! She was great at administering medicine and when the medicine made our dog sick to her stomach she was on top of it and had us call the vet so she could pick up something that would help our pup. She was so great to work with and has been a lifesaver the last half a dozen times she's watched our pup! Super caring, knowledgeable and quick to communicate when something might be up.
Mickey is wonderful! She immediately welcomed Sammy in and took over. She left daily updates and photos and we were afraid he was having such a good time he would not want to leave! We never had any concerns about his well-being We will definitely use her anytime we go out of town in the future.

Khalani was wonderful and sweet! She sent me updates on my dogs and let me know how they were doing! Drop off and pick up was great and my dogs got along with hers, which was a plus. Definitely recommend using her if you’re an anxious pet parent like I am, she was great.
