“Tess was awesome and I had such a great experience with her and her family watching my dog, Chi Chi. She was super friendly, communicative, and kept in contact with me the entire time, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. She sent me tons of pictures and videos throughout the stay, and I loved being able to see Chi Chi having fun and playing at the dog park with other dogs. It was honestly really comforting and cute to see her so happy and comfortable. “During the 3 days sitting of our Corgi Toboy, Huibin had demonstrated the excellent skills through professional service with characteristics detailed below: Experienced - Huibin walked and fed Toby on time. There were two days during which Toby, who was not good at getting along with other dogs due to traumatic expereince, shared the sitting with another Corgi, Huibin had handled their interaction well. Patient - From the shared video and photos we appreciated how Huimin was letting Toby enjoy the adequate outdoor experience freely with no rush. Communicative - She constantly texted to update about Toby, usually attaching photos and videos, for three or more times a day. She also liked to share her observation on Toby’s “personality,” which we think is a great plus and a lot of fun. In sum, we are impressed by Huibin’s help and service. We will definitely choose her again for the next sitting.”
