We have used Hao and Xiaochen twice now to watch our dog Hazel. You could tell by the daily photos sent that Hazel had a great time during her stay with much needed socialization. They are very organized and communicate well. Much appreciated to know our dog is safe while we are away.
Lindsey is simply THE BEST!!! We had a human medical issue get in the way of a scheduled pickup, and she was so understanding and flexible with us. It all worked out in the end, but we are so grateful for Lindsey’s understanding. Reyka always comes home happy and tuckered out, and we sleep easy knowing she’s being loved on and taken care of!
Jordynn is awesome! It is the first time we used Rover for boarding our furbaby and it is a great experience. She let us go over their place a week before boarding for our furbaby to meet them and they agreed. Also very responsive and gave us photos! Our furbaby enjoyed his time and we will definitely board Poe here again!
Lindsey was wonderful with our two Siberian Huskies, Toby and Kira. Huskies aren't always the easiest dogs, but she handled them with confidence and knew exactly how to work through their adjustment period. She kept us updated, was honest about how they were settling in, and clearly understands dog behavior. It was a huge relief knowing they were safe and well cared for while we were away.
