We unfortunately didn’t have a lot of service and when we did we would ask for an update and we would receive one almost immediately. We really felt they took great care of our dogs while away. They had a schedule that was sent to us beforehand so we knew what to expect day to day. We will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them.”
