“Karlie and family were great with my 70# dog Kiara. She sent me pics and was very responsive to messages. My dog played well with Roo and liked hanging out with the kids (I was a little concerned cuz she doesn't usually play with small people, but she did great!) Karlie was also very understanding regarding delayed flights. I would definitely trust them to watch my beloved pup again!”

“Nancy did such a wonderful job taking care of Stella. Helping her feel “at home” by ensuring she had her toy, bed and kennel that was familiar to her. And socialized Stella with her other “pups”. Look forward to having Nancy take care of Stella again!”

“Mikelle and her family were great sitters for my dog, Busy! She was accommodating on a last minute request, professional, sent lots of pictures and detailed updates and Busy came home TIRED! I would definitely recommend Mikelle!”

“We had a last-minute emergency trip out of town and Mandi stepped in without hesitation. She was quick to confirm our booking, incredibly communicative, and made the whole process seamless during a stressful time. Throughout Ranger’s stay, she sent regular updates and photos, which gave us real peace of mind. It was clear he was well cared for and comfortable. One of the highlights for Ranger was getting to play with her dog, Hank—such a treat for him since he’s usually an only pup! We would absolutely book with Mandi again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, attentive, and kind sitter.”

“Rachel and Colby are the best! Our dog loves going over to their home. It’s wonderful, friendly environment, we are a repeat customer and always check with them first when we’re going out of town.”

“In town for a wedding and Jennifer came to our rescue - opened up her lovely home and quite large yard for our precious dog Bart to spend four days of playful bliss and get lots of attention and affectionate from Jennifer. If we lived in this area, Bart would definitely be one of her most frequent guests!”

“Jessica went above and beyond caring for my two dogs! They are a bigger breed with lots of quirks and needs & she was fabulous to work with and was so accommodating! I was updated often & also updated pictures and videos! My dogs seemed so comfortable and happy! Would definitely recommend Jessica!!”

“Stefany was great. Good communication, lots of pics, and I know she took great care of our sweet Murphy. She was a tired but happy pup when we picked her up. Definitely recommend Stefany and would use her again.”

“Nancy is the best! She and her kids took such wonderful care of my senior dog. She sent lots of photos and I could tell that Lucy had a wonderful time staying with her. She was very quick with communication too! My dog had such a good time she hardly wanted to leave lol. Will definitely be booking again in the future. Thank you!”

“Makenna is amazing!! 100% recommend. Oreo is very happy and healthy, she sent me many updates, videos and photos (that made my heart happy 😍). Thank you so much for all the love and care you gave Oreo while we were away. They treated my dachshund like one of their dachshund family. I would book with her again in the future for sure. Thank you very much Makenna+family.❤️❤️”

“The minute we arrived at Sachi's home, our dog felt comfortable there. She sent us updates, pictures and videos of him while we were away. He seemed to adjust well and followed his regular sleeping and eating habits. We will use Sachi again.”

“Our dog Bubbles was sooo very happy from the moment we arrived at her house for the initial interview. Jodi and her family were so loving, kind and kept our bubbles with the best ever company and love. I will be back again and again. Thank you Jodi!”

“This was our first time using Karesa’s services and we are very happy with her! When we picked up our pups from her home they were exhausted which means they got plenty of exercise and play time. We arranged a meet and greet beforehand and her whole family came out to meet us and our puppies, which I thought was pretty cool. We will be using them again!”

“Brett and his family took extraordinary care of our dog while we were out of town. This was our first time using Rover and our dog isn’t use to being boarded so I was a little anxious but she was very much loved and cared for the entire time. We got multiple photos and updates while we were gone which made me feel more at ease. We definitely plan to use Brett for future pet sitting :)”

“Joanna & Adam were wonderful with our cat Austin! They were super communicative and sent regular photo updates, which really reassured us while we were away. Austin looked relaxed, well cared for, and totally at ease in their home. They clearly paid attention to her routines and gave her the space and affection she needed. We came back to a very content kitty—highly recommend and would absolutely book with them again! ☺️”

“Seini was the best!! This is my second time booking with her and both times have been a great experience for my pup and myself. My dog is very old and has a lot of necessities, but Seini made her feel so comfortable and so well taken care of! Would 100% recommend! Thank you!!!”

“Scharee took fantastic care of my dog! It was great knowing that he was under the care of a kind, loving person while I was away. He sat longingly by the front door of my house, looking for her after we got home. I would absolutely recommend her, and look forward to using her again.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Draper
Nancy is wonderful!!! Though we haven't even met yet she is warm, caring and from the pictures I've received so far, my little 15 yr old chorkie is in love with her family!! I can't express the relief I feel knowing he is being cared for like he is. I am in Myrtle Beach and because my dog sitting plan fell through, Nancy came in and saved my vacation!!!!! Thank you Nancy!!! My new forever dog person!! 😘🥳

Carolina continues to be a great caretaker for my dog. She takes him for walks, sends happy pictures, and keeps me updated so I know my dog is doing well. She is good at dealing with my older dog who has some anxious habits. I will definitely trust her again with my dog!

Jenn did a wonderful job watching our 6 month old mini golden doodle, Romeo, while we were away. She sent pictures and videos to update us. She did leash and potty training and kept an eye on his food intake for us. She made Romeo feel very comfortable at her home. She had even given him a bath when I picked him up!

Scharee was amazing! She was flexible for me with an early drop off time and different pickup time. She sent pictures and updates of Posie daily which I appreciated! Posie played so hard there and had the best time. I recommend Scharee and Posie will be back for more stays!

Many sitters in UT ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
