About: I have loved animals since I was a little girl. My goals have always been to be a caregiver for them. I have spent my whole life taking care of my own pets. I have spent many years volunteering and working at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, the Humane Society of Utah, many different veterinary clinics, doggy daycares and now at the west valley city animal shelter. While working have learned the importance of daily exercise, cleaning, and feeding our pets the proper food. I have many years of experience dog and cat sitting and dog walking for others. About: I work at a vet cleaning dog kennels on Weekend mornings. I like all the different kinds of dogs there are. I am always willing to help out at the vet if needed. My schedule is wide open! Amanda was fantastic! Honest, reliable, and wonderful with our two cats — including our kitten, who no doubt gave her a run for her money. She was the perfect house guest, staying with us for a full 20 days while we traveled across the country for a wedding in Vermont and a birthday celebration in Florida. On top of house-sitting and looking after our 20+ plants, she sent adorable cat photos throughout the day and followed all of my (admittedly very detailed) instructions to the letter. Jelyssa has taken care of our pups a few times now and she is great! One of our dogs is fearful of strangers and she interacts with him wonderfully. She lets him initiate interactions and he's come to love her. Also, our dogs would rough-play together and she was able to manage and keep their interactions safe and fun. I don't trust a lot of people to do that but she handled it great and I was able to not worry about it while we were on our trips. I would definitely recommend her as a sitter, especially if you have animals with extra behavioral needs.
Natalie Rose was wonderful with my dogs! She was great about sharing regular updates, and was very thoughtful and careful my dog’s meds. She checked in and sent me a picture of the meds to make sure she was administering them correctly. I would absolutely hire her again!
