“Callie was amazing! I had booked last minute travel and needed someone to watch Gracie. I haven’t left Gracie for nearly 3 years and was very nervous to do so. Callie was very quick to respond, kept me updated with lots of pics, and took such great care of Gracie. She’s an absolute angel.”

“Erin was great with our cat Rodger. She is kind, caring and attentive. We showed her how we give him injections of a medication and she did a great job doing it, which was very important to us. She also played and brushed him and he liked her very much. She kept us updated and texted his pictures. We would definitely hire her again.”

About: Taking care of pets has built and enhanced many of my skills. From responsibility to dependability, I have learned how to properly care for animals based on their individual needs. Nurturing and caring for animals is one of my favorite hobbies. I’ve also had the privilege of supporting 5 puppies from birth. One of our family dogs, Joy—a golden retriever, had puppies in May of 2024. It was so sweet to watch them grow and how their personalities blossomed. Having a dog, and many other animals, since I was young has provided great life skills and sculpted me into the person I am today. I would love the chance to get to meet your animals and care for them the way they need! I’m currently studying to get my real estates license, so I have plenty of time around the clock. I am very blessed to have so much flexibility once I get my license as well! Back at home, we have 3 dogs and 1 cat. By caring for them I take them on walks, let them out back, feed them, keep their water bowl filled, and give them all the attention they need. Where I’m living now, I can’t take in any pets but I will gladly come to you and help out in any way I can!

About: I take a steady, attentive approach to pet care—great for dogs that thrive on routine and patience. You can expect clear communication, on-time visits, and a stress-free experience for both you and your pet. I am home pretty much all day every day, so I can give your pet the attention they need. I am available nights and weekends as well I have a large, fully fenced yard where dogs can safely play and get exercise under supervision. Whether your pet prefers being inside or outside, they’ll have plenty of space, attention, and a secure environment throughout their stay.
“Jennifer was amazing once again with our puppy. I love getting picture updates from her and she even brought some cute toys for him to play with. I highly recommend her!”

About: I love animals. I have been caring for them for years and find joy in making sure they are happy. It is my first priority to care for your pet in the way you prefer. I am punctual and excited to meet new pets that I can care for. I’m an independent contractor which means I get to create my schedule. Luckily for me, this means I can pick up different side hustles at whatever times I want. I already do cardio everyday by walking so this would fit perfectly into my routine. Whatever rules or expectations the owner wants, I will take with great care, caution, and intention. The safety of your pet and the respect of your home is of utmost importance to me.
“Spencer did a terrific job making sure my cat was fed and taken care of while I was away. He went above and beyond by giving her some extra food when my flight got delayed a day, so she would survive a day alone. Super Responsive and sent pics every day. Highly recommended!”

“Eva was so great with our dog! She spent plenty of time with Lilah and was great with communication, always sharing pictures each visit. Would recommend booking Eva!”

I’m happy to make time for walks, playtime, and making pets feel comfortable and cared for. I know pets are family, and I take that responsibility seriously. About: We would love to watch your dog for you in whatever capacity you need. We took a break from rover due to traveling so much with our kids for competitive sports but things have calmed down a bit, so we are back and ready to meet your little buddy. We have owned dogs ourselves for over 20 years and we have been around dogs our entire life. We will ensure to take care of your dogs needs just the same as we take care of our own. We love Most dogs! Ha! I have a 12 year old daughter that loves dogs as well and will give your dog lots of attention. We will provide exercise ( I will walk them daily if they are able) , a large fenced in yard, attention, care, and lots and lots of playtime (my dogs are very social and kind and would love to play with your dog as well). Our dog Koa is now 9 years old and our dog Blue is 4 and they both positively interacts with all dogs. No aggression. I need your dog crate trained for bedtime and when I leave the house for short periods of time. I need to build trust with your dog before I give them free run of my house. We can't wait to meet your dog. Thanks for considering us! I'm a stay at home active mom. We spent lots of time out back fetching, running and soaking up sunshine. I may even take your pup for a run or walk if they are able. I have two dogs myself, so we can rotate dogs for walks. I just recently sat a very anxious dog and I had to build trust with him. I think It was overwhelming at first coming into a new house w two new playful pups.... I gave him treats to build trust, got down on his level and he was my shadow within a day for the remainer of his stay. I recently walked a golden and our first walk was very difficult( not sure she’s ever had that experience ). With the right tools and discipline, she was walking by my side the next day. I watched her for two weeks and she’s a diff dog than she was 2 weeks ago. She’s obedient, digging less, responsive to my commands and keeping her paws off the counter. I feel like structure , attention and discipline are my strengths in my household.
About: I grew up with cats as pets and loved taking care of them. We’ve had a dog for 2.5 years and trained him as a puppy. We have a half acre backyard where dogs can run and play and a mini-golden doodle, Zuko who is very friendly. My daughter, Ali and I have been pet sitters for our friends and family for both cats and dogs throughout the years. I work part time from home and have a very flexible schedule. Plus, my 14-year-old daughter will be helping me too! I often take hikes with my dog in the mornings and would be happy to take your dog with us if he or she likes to hike too. I have a fenced in yard and a friendly golden doodle to keep your fur baby company. I can easily crate your dog if needed. We keep the doors to the bedrooms and bathrooms shut all day so that the dogs stay in the main areas and can be found easily and kept out of trouble.

About: My name is Nina and I have always had pets. I grew up on a farm with sheep, horses, chickens dogs, and cats. I've been around pets my whole life and they are part of the family. I live in the city now, but mostly because the city moved in around me. We live in old Draper, the large lot, dead end road, country Draper. Convenient to shopping and fun, but still my country home. My kids are all 20 somethings now, but I have my 7 year old German Short Haired Pointer, Kai and my 4 year old puppy Loki home with me all day. I do not work outside the home and am home most days to play and share my days with my dogs and 1 cat Oscar. I'm not able to have your pets to my house due to my landlord, but I'm available to come to your house and play with your pets any time. Or provide walks and love while you're not available. I currently work part time from home and it's very flexible. I'm able to go out and visit pets during the day and evenings too! I'm available to go to client's home's only. My landlord doesn't want me to do Rover at the house. I have reliable transportation and time to share with your pets.
About: I provide calm, home-based dog boarding and daycare where your pup is treated like family, not just “watched.” I am generally home all day and host one dog or one family at a time, so your pet receives personalized attention, a peaceful environment, and plenty of love, play, and one-on-one care throughout their stay. No crowded boarding situations. No overwhelming chaos. Just a safe, cozy home where dogs can settle in, relax, and feel comfortable. I have almost 30 years of hands-on experience, caring for dogs of all sizes, temperaments, energy levels, and unique needs. My experience includes: • Owning and training dogs since I was 18 (almost 30 years) • 15 years fostering and helping to rehabilitate abused and neglected dogs • Animal behavior and handling training through Best Friends Animal Society and Salt Lake County Animal Services • Volunteer experience as a dog specialist in high-stress shelter environments • Pet First Aid & CPR certification • Experience administering oral and injectable medications • Currently enrolled in the GoodPup Dog Training Course to continue expanding my knowledge and skills My goal is simple: for you to feel completely at ease while your dog feels safe, loved, and right at home. I am generally home all day. I adjust my day around your pup(s). Energetic and needs a lot of exercise? We'll go for walks, hikes, and play to their hearts content. More of a couch potato? Laid back couch snuggles are one of my favorite pass times! Fur babies are rarely left alone. If I do need to step out, it is typically only for a short period of time, usually no more than a an hour or two. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my priority. Dogs staying with me enjoy a calm, home-based environment with plenty of love, attention, and one-on-one care. There are no pets or children in the home, which helps create a quieter, lower-stress environment for dogs who prefer a little more peace and consistency. My family are all dog people, so pups are always surrounded by people who genuinely love and enjoy them. We have a fenced patio/run where dogs can safely enjoy outdoor time, stretch their legs, and take easy potty breaks throughout the day. I also have a secure lead setup in the front yard where dogs who enjoy the outdoors can safely relax, sunbathe on the outdoor bed, sniff around, and enjoy some fresh air while supervised. We’re also surrounded by some of Daybreak’s best dog-friendly parks, walking trails, and green space, including areas near the lake, which means lots of safe, leashed walks, fresh air, sniffing, and enrichment. For everyone’s comfort and safety, I require a meet & greet for all new clients to make sure we are a great fit before booking.
About: Hi! I'm Audrey, a recent college graduate and lifelong animal lover looking to earn extra income while doing something I genuinely enjoy: caring for pets. I've been helping family, friends, and neighbors with their pets since I was about 10 years old, and I've been providing pet care through Rover for several years. I currently have a dog and several cats of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your pets when you're away. At this time, I offer drop-in visits and dog walking services. Whether your pet needs a potty break, exercise, playtime, feeding, fresh water, medication administration, or simply some companionship during the day, I'm happy to help. I'm comfortable working with dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies who need extra patience and engagement to senior dogs who may require a slower pace and additional care. I believe every pet deserves individualized attention and care. During visits, I'll make sure your pet is safe, comfortable, and well cared for while keeping you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you're away. My goal is to treat your pets the way I would want my own cared for with kindness, patience, and plenty of love. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members! I have availability between classes and work! I will always let you know what times I am available and hopefully can match as close as possible to your needs. I have my own friendly dog, a fenced yard, and a family of animal lovers that will make sure your pet is loved on. I am happy to oblige to any routine requests including crating and special feed schedules.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Draper
My son was unexpectedly required to work overtime and needed someone to walk and feed his dog on short notice. I reached out to Brooklyn, and she responded within five minutes. She kept us updated, sent pictures, and communicated clearly throughout the visit. I highly recommend Brooklyn and will definitely be reaching out to her again in the future.

Evelyn did a great job with my blind lab. We moved into a new house one week before I was leaving, and my dog would not go down the stairs into the back yard. Evelyn worked with her 3x per day to get her to the yard, and when I got back my dog was easily going up and down the stairs. This was a life saver!!! Very happy doggy, very happy me! I would give 100 stars if I could.
Amazing! Thank you so much. Lela was perfect at checking in on the doggies and giving them attention and care! We will definitely ask again on any and all future trips. Peace of mind was everything. Handled a minor paw injury and made sure food and water were always full. Astrid and Vega were very well taken care of. Thanks again!

Casey was fantastic with my fearful foster Mastiff. He took his time to allow my pup to become comfortable, and within no time, my foster was seeking him out for attention. I would highly recommend Casey…his patience and compassion are much appreciated! It’s a relief to not have to be worried when I need to leave my dogs.

I was so nervous using this app for the first time but had to quickly find someone for my babies due to an unexpected trip. My experience has been amazing! Jennifer is so attentive, kind, communicative, and you can tell genuinely cares for your pups. My fur babies are my everything and I am so lucky that I found Jennifer to care for them. She cares so much for dogs and so I felt comfortable leaving my babies in her care and will definitely continue using her in the future. She’s just the best!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
