About: I have had and loved cats all growing up. I currently have a cat right now who is my pride and joy. Cats are so cute and such special therapy animals. Although they are easy and pretty independent, they love to be pet and have company. My cat is fed everyday and his litter box is always kept clean. “TL;DR: Myia was so fantastic with our cats that we rebooked her while the current booking was still ongoing! I'm so glad we found her! She spent an hour a day with our 2 cats for two weeks. She was very communicative and punctual. I had mild separation anxiety leaving the cats for so long, but Miya sent great photos and updates every day that made me feel so much better! During her visits, apart from her usual duties, she also cleaned up an accident near the litter box and brought it 2 packages that we had mistimed to be delivered during our travel. She also found a rogue vitamin pill on the floor and made sure the cats wouldn't have access to it in case it was toxic. She gave lots of loving to our social cat and listened to my suggestions on how to get the anti-social one to open up to her. Just a rockstar all around! About: I grew up with two newfoundlands and a Bernese mountain dog so I’ve always done well with large breeds. About: Our place is on Browns Pond - it is almost an acre of property with only 4 apartments, a fully fenced yard area, and a whole lot of grass to play on. I think It was overwhelming at first coming into a new house w two new playful pups.... I gave him treats to build trust, got down on his level and he was my shadow within a day for the remainer of his stay. I recently walked a golden and our first walk was very difficult( not sure she’s ever had that experience ). With the right tools and discipline, she was walking by my side the next day. I watched her for two weeks and she’s a diff dog than she was 2 weeks ago. She’s obedient, digging less, responsive to my commands and keeping her paws off the counter. I feel like structure , attention and discipline are my strengths in my household.
About: I've been taking care of pets since elementary school. I grew up around animals. Currently I have a dog (Caira) and cat (Tevi). Tevi has a rare blood condition that needs monthly vet visits so the money from here will pay for that. (not contagious) I have also done mentorships and classes on animal behavior and training. Theo played with her other animals and did well for his first overnight being watched without Mom. She had Theo ready to be picked up and with a fresh bath!
