“Kathryn was amazing. We had a previous bad experience with someone else and Kathryn went out of her way to spend an hour with us on a meet and greet before she dog sat for us. She listened to all of our concerns and genuinely heard them. She sent us a million photos of our pups when we were gone and was super communicative. We came back an hour early and she was sweeping our apartment when we arrived! We came back to a spotless apartment. Could not have been happier. Will definitely use Kathryn again in the future.”

She provided updates while away. Upon return the house seemed better than the way I left it, and the dogs were well cared for. “I wish I could give Annabelle ten stars. I was seriously considering cancelling our trip because I was so afraid of leaving my 16.5 year-old Border Terrier with a stranger. He has many senior issues (incontinence, difficulty with mobility, some dementia, laser appointments), and Annabelle handled everything perfectly and with kindness. The house was perfect too, but that was the least of my concerns. She sent photos every day and was prompt answering communications and arriving for pre-booking meetings. In sum, she is an absolute gem and by far the best Rover sitter I have ever used.”

Sometimes I worry that Mila won’t want to come home with me when I get back from vacation because of how much she is pampered when staying with Michelle. Our pups are our children, so I am always very worried when leaving them but Victoria went above and beyond to communicate with me and send me all the photos for updates! Our oldest pup is 16 and has health issues and Victoria made sure she received all of her medicine and was most comfortable while we were gone! We hope to work with her again in the future!”
