“Callie was a hidden gem! We ran into a situation where both our trusted dog sitters were not available, one of them having a family emergency one week before our trip. By this point there were very few sitters available that met my criteria and little did I know that Callie had just come back onto Rover after a hiatus. Callie came over for a meet and greet and she was very sweet and had a very calm way about her. Callie listened really well, asked a lot of clarifying questions to make sure she didn’t just take any job but that the job she took was right for her as well. She took a lot of pride in ensuring she could meet what was being asked. I really appreciated this. We agreed to move forward finding the fit on both sides a good fit. I sent her my document 😂😬 on caring for our three dogs for 4 nights and she read it in advance! She lived up to every part of what she committed to, she took great care of them and kept me updated along the way. While this was an overnight in our home I would have no question about leaving my dogs with her (if my dogs got along with others), I would know they are in good hands. I literally cannot believe our timing was right in connecting, she is definitely someone we will ask to come back again!”

About: I provide calm, home-based dog boarding and daycare where your pup is treated like family, not just “watched.” I am generally home all day and host one dog or one family at a time, so your pet receives personalized attention, a peaceful environment, and plenty of love, play, and one-on-one care throughout their stay. No crowded boarding situations. No overwhelming chaos. Just a safe, cozy home where dogs can settle in, relax, and feel comfortable. I have almost 30 years of hands-on experience, caring for dogs of all sizes, temperaments, energy levels, and unique needs. My experience includes: • Owning and training dogs since I was 18 (almost 30 years) • 15 years fostering and helping to rehabilitate abused and neglected dogs • Animal behavior and handling training through Best Friends Animal Society and Salt Lake County Animal Services • Volunteer experience as a dog specialist in high-stress shelter environments • Pet First Aid & CPR certification • Experience administering oral and injectable medications • Currently enrolled in the GoodPup Dog Training Course to continue expanding my knowledge and skills My goal is simple: for you to feel completely at ease while your dog feels safe, loved, and right at home. I am generally home all day. I adjust my day around your pup(s). Energetic and needs a lot of exercise? We'll go for walks, hikes, and play to their hearts content. More of a couch potato? Laid back couch snuggles are one of my favorite pass times! Fur babies are rarely left alone. If I do need to step out, it is typically only for a short period of time, usually no more than a an hour or two. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my priority. Dogs staying with me enjoy a calm, home-based environment with plenty of love, attention, and one-on-one care. There are no pets or children in the home, which helps create a quieter, lower-stress environment for dogs who prefer a little more peace and consistency. My family are all dog people, so pups are always surrounded by people who genuinely love and enjoy them. We have a fenced patio/run where dogs can safely enjoy outdoor time, stretch their legs, and take easy potty breaks throughout the day. I also have a secure lead setup in the front yard where dogs who enjoy the outdoors can safely relax, sunbathe on the outdoor bed, sniff around, and enjoy some fresh air while supervised. We’re also surrounded by some of Daybreak’s best dog-friendly parks, walking trails, and green space, including areas near the lake, which means lots of safe, leashed walks, fresh air, sniffing, and enrichment. For everyone’s comfort and safety, I require a meet & greet for all new clients to make sure we are a great fit before booking.
“Sharon did a fantastic job watching Hank and Milo in my home. She followed all instruction given and sent many cute photos of the dogs during her stay. I came back to a clean home and very happy dogs. I would definitely hire her again!”

“We had an excellent experience. She took care of our German Shepherd and Husky for six days and everything went smoothly. She followed instructions, communicated well, and our dogs were happy and well cared for. Highly recommend and would definitely use her again.”

“Rachel was fantastic! She loved our dog so much that they bonded immediately--and our dog has high anxiety. We got lots of pictures of them snuggling together. It was also nice that she came to our home so that Harper could stay in her routines and be in her familiar surroundings. I was worried about having a stranger come stay at first, as we've never done it this before. The minute I met her, I knew it would be fine. She is responsible and personable. Rachel took good care of our home--I never worried for a second. I highly recommend her.”

“Lori always does such an amazing job watching my pups. Takes great care of them and spoils them with walks, loves, and bully sticks they just love. So glad to have met her. I know my pups are in great care when we are away.”

“Samantha did a wonderful job watching our house, our two dogs, our cat, and baby chicks! She was great with the animals, followed instructions with pet medications meticulously, and left the house clean. Big thanks to Rover & Samantha!!”
“Anna is delightful and we are so glad to have found her. Our dogs were comfortable with her immediately She is responsible and a great communicator. She left our home in great shape- above and beyond Definitely 5 stars!”

“I just had experience with Katie who stayed at the house and watched the pups! She is great and absolutely no complaints and the pups enjoyed her as well. Definitely recommend!!”

“Priscila did an incredible job taking care of the house and our two dogs. One of our dogs is reactive so we were a little bit nervous using someone new but she was on top of her behavior and her mom and son helped out, too. She also cared for our house and our plants, which thrived while we were away!”

“Caitlyn was a phenomenal cat sitter. She did a meet and greet with my cat several days before her stay (10 days). Was on time, was very responsive, and super detailed. I felt at ease being away visiting family while my cat was in her care. I would be glad to have her sit again for my cat and highly recommend to all other pet owners!”

About: I’ve had at least one dog for my whole life! Right now I have 4 dogs, and there have been many times when my family asks me to take care of them. I’ve been in charge of feeding them, taking them on walks, and lots of other things! I’ve even stayed with them alone overnight while my family goes out of town. I have lots of free time, so I can take care of pets all throughout the day. There are a couple hours in the middle of the day where I have class, but most of the time I’m available. I’ll make sure I always know where they are and what they are up to. I will also strictly adhere to whatever guidelines and instructions clients give me.
About: I bring over 15 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs with a calm, dependable, and loving approach. I understand how important consistency, exercise, routine, and affection are for dogs to feel secure and happy while you’re away. Whether your dog is energetic, shy, older, or simply loves companionship, I tailor care to their personality and needs. I’m attentive, communicative, and focused on making sure your dog feels safe, engaged, and genuinely cared for. I work from home, which allows me to be present, flexible, and attentive throughout the day. I’m able to give pets consistent companionship, regular walks or play sessions, feeding on schedule, and plenty of check-ins rather than leaving them alone for long stretches. Because I work remotely, I can easily adapt to a pet’s needs and routine while making sure they feel comfortable, cared for, and never overlooked. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and sense of ease at home always come first with me. I care for your space and your animals the way I would my own - with respect, attentiveness, and genuine care. I’m mindful about doors, leashes, routines, feeding schedules, medications, and keeping things clean, calm, and low-stress. I pay close attention to how your pet is feeling and behaving, so you can be away knowing they’re safe, settled, and truly looked after.
“My dog skye warmed right up with Theresa from the first time they met. She watched her for the weekend and when i got back skye was happy as ever. There were no issues or worries since its obvious that Theresa loves animals and will care for them like her own.”

“Kathryn was amazing. We had a previous bad experience with someone else and Kathryn went out of her way to spend an hour with us on a meet and greet before she dog sat for us. She listened to all of our concerns and genuinely heard them. She sent us a million photos of our pups when we were gone and was super communicative. We came back an hour early and she was sweeping our apartment when we arrived! We came back to a spotless apartment. Could not have been happier. Will definitely use Kathryn again in the future.”

“Madelyn was the best! She took such good care of our dog. She was great at communicating with us while we were out of the country and sent pics and updates. We came home after our trip to a happy dog. I would definately recommend her to anyone!”

“Katelyn stayed at my house with my 2 dogs for over a week while I was out of town. She did a great job. The dogs were well cared for and I didn't have to worry about a thing. She sent pictures and updates every day. She also took amazing care of the house. She took care of my plants, took the garbage out, checked the mail, and left it clean and tidy. I hope she will be back.”

Samantha was amazing with my cats.. I have 2 cats, one is super loving and the other is very stand off-ish with everybody he meets… until now. Samantha formed a bond that nobody else has ever been able to form with him.. and I’m super appreciative that she took the time to get to know his personality and grow from there. Samantha did absolutely everything I asked her to do and even offered to do things that I hadn’t thought of. I would highly recommend her to care for your pups and / or feline babies! I will rebook with her in the near future!!!

Cassie was absolutely incredible, and I cannot recommend her enough! Leaving our two dogs, Rigatoni and Ravioli, is never easy, but Cassie gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. From the moment she started caring for them, it was obvious how much love, attention, and care she poured into every day. She sent us so many wonderful photos and updates, which meant the world to us and allowed us to see just how happy and comfortable our pups were. She spent time cuddling with them, playing with them, taking them outside frequently, and making sure they got plenty of walks and exercise. It was clear from every update that Rigatoni and Ravioli were having the best time and receiving lots of affection. Coming home to happy, relaxed dogs and a beautifully maintained home was the greatest gift. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, attentive, responsible, and genuinely loving with animals, Cassie is the one. We will absolutely be booking with her again! Thank you, Cassie, for taking such wonderful care of our fur babies and our home! ❤️🐾

Sharon, Did a wonderful job sitting with our poodles. She was always sending pictures and giving us updates. Our 2 energetic pups can be a handful, but she navigated their energy and they really gravitated to her. I am hoping she will consider us for future bookings. Jon B.
Sienna was amazing! She came over to meet us beforehand and met all of our expectations while we were gone. She was great at communicating and very detail oriented. She noticed our small dog wasn’t eating all of her meals and checked in with us to make sure we weren’t concerned. Our house was exactly as we left it when we got home, very clean, and our dogs were in great spirits. I feel confident they were well cared for and I highly recommend sienna!

I can’t thank Victoria enough for the amazing care she gave my senior dog, Molly. Molly has trouble with stairs and limited vision, so she needs extra attention and patience and Victoria provided exactly that and more. She consistently kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She followed Molly’s routine to a T and even went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and well-cared for. It’s not easy to find someone so attentive and compassionate, especially for an older dog with special needs. I would absolutely trust Victoria with Molly again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares.
