She also went above and beyond when our AC unexpectedly stopped working. She immediately let us know, and set up fans to keep our dogs comfortable until we got home. We were so grateful knowing they were in such caring and capable hands. Eandra was INCREDIBLE with my pups. They loved her and were so comfortable with her. I felt confident that they were taken care of and honestly spoiled with Eandra watching them. I had a lot of hesitation choosing to do rover again, due to a not so great experience, and Eandra was empathetic to my concerns and put my nerves at ease. She also was clean and tidy guest!
