About: I’ve been around animals all my 28 years of life. I’m very reliable. I would love to get to know your fur babies. Dogs and cats are so lovable and fun to interact with. I walk, feed, bathe and love your dogs/cats. I work a small part time job in the morning so after 10am I’m free and available with any of your pet needs. Any day, and any time after 10am I’ll be available and ready to go and care for your animals. When I care for your pets I greet them with so much excitement that they feel the love. I always make sure I respect the house, just like I will respect your pets. The safety of your pets is my priority both.
“She was able to help me out last minute. She walked my dog for the full 30 minutes, sent me pictures even waited for my dog to finish his food because I wasn’t home and he normally wouldn’t eat until I got there. Very communicative, sweet and would highly recommend to take care of your pup.”

“Perla saved me last minute! I’m 38 weeks pregnant and can barely walk and she came and walked my puppy with less than 24 hours of notice. Very responsive, super friendly and does well with dogs. I would definitely use her again!”

About: I first started as a dog-sitter in high school with a neighbor's Maltese and was approached by many family friends who wanted reliable care for their pets while on vacation or needed an on-call sitter for any emergencies. I've worked with dogs of all shapes and sizes, including Akitas, boxers, Shih Tzus, mini Schnauzers, pointers, and more. I've taken care of many elderly dogs who have dietary restrictions, require medication, or who need some extra care while being active. I'm very conscious of how dogs react to humans, other dogs, cats, etc. while walking, and I try to spend as much time with them as possible. If I cannot be with them all day, I try to check in at least every 4 hours and try to stay for at least 30 minutes each time. I graduated with an BFA in Theatre Teaching from the University of Utah in May of 2025 and I now work as a nanny, a barista, and a stage manager with the School of Music. Although my part-time jobs keep me busy, I love to pet sit and I’m always happy to offer care when pet owners need help. I have 4 long-time clients who will regularly reach out to me anytime their animals need care while they're out of town and who know that, despite my often busy schedule, when I have time between classes, I will be there, caring for their loved ones. I do not care for pets in my own home, as I am a renter and my 15-year old cat deserves some peace and quiet (when he’s not being bothered by me or my partner). When I care for pets in my clients' homes, I ask for very specific guidelines about what they are comfortable with me using. I leave things neat and tidy, and I am quick to communicate any important information about either the home or the pet. I'm also aware that many pets have a routine with their owners, so I do my best to replicate that routine to make both pet and owner feel as comfortable as possible. When I do overnight stays, I do ask for some access to food so that I'm not leaving anything unwelcome or eating fast food too regularly. However, if the owner is comfortable with me doing so, I am willing to bring my own food to the home and leave their things alone. The most important factor when caring for pets in the owner's home is communication.

“We love having Sharon come help with Winnie. She is great about sending updates and pictures of the adventures they have on their walks. I was a bit nervous having a stranger come to my house when I was out, but Sharon came over before the walks started so we could meet and it gave me so much reassurance. She is wonderful!”

About: If your dog is not crate trained, they cannot stay here. Crate trained means they can be in a crate, calm and not destructive. It also means they can sleep in a crate. Letting a dog sleep outside of the crate is at my discretion as a homeowner. Due to a past experience, I feel this needs to be defined for clueless owners. I have a spare plastic kennel for a 65lb dog. If that isn't OK, please bring your pups kennel with you. Your pup is kenneled when I'm running errands and at nighttime or if there is excessive barking while I'm on a call flr work. Most of the day I am at the house and only have a few meetkngs a day. Boarding/walking/daycare - bring your pup on over. I only watch one dog at a time, open to considering 2 from the same family upon meet and greet. I find one dog in addition to mine, manageable for hikes and adventures. 😀 I love hiking and being outside. We have a high energy black lab and she gets along with all dogs. Her best friends range from poodles to a sweet rottweiler. Dropping your dog off here means they will enjoy time in the yard to nice walks around the neighborhood and guaranteed to return to you all tired out. I have plenty of time each day to ensure our little black lab and rottie pup get all their zoomies out. I take work calls from walks with the pup. Your dog will be happy here. I am not running a kennel. I only take one For your pups safety, they must be kennel trained. If they have extreme anxiety inside a crate...this means they are not crate trained. I will test your pup to ensure they are. We have a fenced yard and ensure there is plenty of playtime. We have an auto fill water dish and the lab is a self feeder. The dog will have plenty of affection and attention throughout the day and some nice long walks. (I get my 10k steps on every day)
