Hi! I’m Winnie, and I have been caring for dogs since I was 13 years old and honestly, I’ve liked animals more than humans for as long as I can remember!! I’ve grown up around a wide variety of breeds and have three dogs of my own—a Golden Retriever, a Black Lab, and a Doberman—who are currently back home with their dad while I finish dental school (and yes, I miss them every single day!!). Having them has given me firsthand experience with all different personalities, energy levels, and care needs. I’ve been trusted by friends, family, and even total strangers to care for their dogs, and I’m comfortable with all breeds!! I’m super dependable, very attentive, and treat every dog like they’re my own—whether that means keeping up with energetic puppies or giving senior dogs the extra patience, love, and cuddles they deserve!!

Winifred was absolutely wonderful with Luna! She was so kind, patient, and thoughtful, even taking the time to meet Luna beforehand since it was her first night away from home. She communicated so well and sent us frequent pictures and updates, which gave us so much peace of mind. Luna seemed completely comfortable and right at home with her. We are incredibly grateful for the love and care Winifred gave her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can truly trust with their pet!
We really appreciate Winifred and giving her best to watch our dog. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out well for our dog or for her and we realize that some situations just don’t work out. I think Winifred is great and I think she will give her best in caring for your dog.

Schedule
Pet care fits perfectly into my daily routine!! I’m in dental school just five minutes from my apartment, which means I can pop back and forth throughout the day—so pets are never left alone for long!! I’m usually at school from 8–11, home from 11–1, back at school 1–3, and then home for the evening, which makes it super easy to give lots of attention, love, and care!! I’m available for boarding every single day of the week, and I’m also happy to visit your home during my breaks or free time for drop-ins and check-ins!! On weekends, I usually stay home to study, which means I’m fully present and ready to spoil your pets!! This schedule lets me provide consistent care, plenty of cuddles, and all the love your furry friends deserve!!

When caring for pets in my home, I focus on making them feel safe, comfy, and truly at home!! My apartment community has a fully fenced dog play area where pups can safely run, play, and burn off energy, plus a lovely nearby walking path for fun daily walks and fresh air!! I’m super attentive to each pet’s routine and needs and make sure they get plenty of love, playtime, belly rubs, scratches, and extra cuddles!! I’m also comfortable crating dogs when needed and always follow whatever routine they’re used to, so they feel happy and secure. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat it with the same care and respect I would my own!! I follow feeding schedules, walks, medications, and any special instructions closely so pets can stay relaxed and comfortable in their familiar space. Whether in my home or yours, my goal is always to create a calm, loving environment full of attention, cuddles, scratches, and play—so every pet feels happy, safe, and totally spoiled!!
A typical day
I love making sure every pet I watch has a fun and enriching experience!! Depending on their personality and energy level, activities can include long walks on a nearby scenic path, playtime in a fully fenced dog area, tossing toys, tug-of-war, or gentle games for seniors and shy pups. I also love giving lots of belly rubs, scratches, and extra cuddles—because pets need love as much as play! I pay close attention to each pet’s needs, energy, and comfort level, so every activity is safe, enjoyable, and tailored to them. Whether it’s an energetic puppy bursting with energy or a calm senior who prefers a slow stroll and snuggles, I make sure they have a happy, stimulating, and loving time!!
