I am in between jobs currently and trying to grow my dog hiking/walking service so I can do that full time. When staying with me, we usually do 4-5 walks per day (.5 mile), sometimes a longer hike or walk (2-3 miles) either morning or evening, or a fun dog park hang.

I like to know what their normal eating schedule, walk schedule and potty breaks. I can try to match it as best as possible but I do have a schedule too. Also any medications they need and how they take them. If they are not good with cats or other dogs. If they like hiking or need walks done.
A typical day
I love trails, so if your dog likes trails we will get along great! If they don’t like long walks, a nice little walk around the block is ok with me too! I have a good throwing arm and enjoy the dog parks

I have worked with dogs at doggie daycares and have always had animals growing up from cats, dogs, hamsters, birds, turtles, fish and guinea pigs, etc so if you have other animals I’m ok with that too. I love animals and I love to see them get the attention and exercise they need and it helps me stay busy! I would love to get to know your fur babies. I’m open to whatever the dog/cat needs. They should feel as comfortable as possible. Please bring any and all toys, beds, treats that make them happy. I always make sure I’m clean and make sure the place I’m staying is how I found it.

Amanda was fantastic! Honest, reliable, and wonderful with our two cats — including our kitten, who no doubt gave her a run for her money. She was the perfect house guest, staying with us for a full 20 days while we traveled across the country for a wedding in Vermont and a birthday celebration in Florida. On top of house-sitting and looking after our 20+ plants, she sent adorable cat photos throughout the day and followed all of my (admittedly very detailed) instructions to the letter. Would 100% book her again!
Our dogs were so well cared for! Amanda sent several pictures and videos and kept us updated on how they were doing. We highly recommend Amanda and hope to rebook again.
AMAZING care for our dog, We got so many picture updates and could tell our dog was having so much fun with Amanda and being so well cared for with plenty of exercise and love. We never worried while she was with Amanda for three days and will definitely use her again next time we need dog care.
