Nancy K. cancelled a booking 1 day before it was scheduled to begin.

I was nervous dropping our dog off because when I came inside there were at least 3-4 other large dogs all crated up in the middle of their living room. I didn’t have any other choice because we were leaving shortly after this. When I came back her crate and herself smelled terrible of urine. She hasn’t had any accidents in her crate since being a little puppy and has only ever had issues if she’s sick. Nancy nor her husband ever mentioned anything about this or didn’t anything to fix it. She is a smaller dog so it could be that the larger dogs frightened her but I would not recommend you use them if you have a smaller dog.

Nancy is wonderful!!! Though we haven't even met yet she is warm, caring and from the pictures I've received so far, my little 15 yr old chorkie is in love with her family!! I can't express the relief I feel knowing he is being cared for like he is. I am in Myrtle Beach and because my dog sitting plan fell through, Nancy came in and saved my vacation!!!!! Thank you Nancy!!! My new forever dog person!! 😘🥳

I think everything went pretty well. I didn't receive a lot of feedback.

Bruno and Lily seemed to have had a wonderful time with Nancy and her family this weekend. We were soo grateful they were able to take them last minute. The whole family helps to take care of the dogs, they loved and played with them.

Nancy was nice enough, but overall very disorganized. It was difficult to coordinate the meet and greet, and she arrived almost an hour late, she said she had lost track of time. She also “forgot” her phone during one visit, so no photos were sent. She didn’t consistently check in or out as expected, later saying she forgot. When photos were provided, there was often only one, and some appeared to be taken at the wrong times of day. The experience was stressful for me, and I wouldn’t use her again.
